Sourate Al-Insan (76) — L'Homme · الانسان
Sourate médinoise, 31 versets, révélée en 98e position.
La création de l'homme et les vertueux qui nourrissent le pauvre, l'orphelin et le captif.
Al-Insan 76:1
هَلۡ أَتَىٰ عَلَى ٱلۡإِنسَٰنِ حِينٞ مِّنَ ٱلدَّهۡرِ لَمۡ يَكُن شَيۡـٔٗا مَّذۡكُورًا
Ne s’est-il pas passé une longue période avant que l’homme ne vienne à être mentionné ?
Has there [not] come upon man a period of time when he was not a thing [even] mentioned
Al-Insan 76:2
إِنَّا خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ مِن نُّطۡفَةٍ أَمۡشَاجٖ نَّبۡتَلِيهِ فَجَعَلۡنَٰهُ سَمِيعَۢا بَصِيرًا
Nous avons, à partir d’un liquide constitué de divers éléments, créé l’homme afin de l’éprouver et l’avons, pour cela, doté de l’ouïe et de la vue.
Indeed, We created man from a sperm-drop mixture that We may try him; and We made him hearing and seeing
Al-Insan 76:3
إِنَّا هَدَيۡنَٰهُ ٱلسَّبِيلَ إِمَّا شَاكِرٗا وَإِمَّا كَفُورًا
Nous lui avons indiqué la voie à suivre, qu’il se montre reconnaissant ou ingrat.
Indeed, We guided him to the way, be he grateful or be he ungrateful
Al-Insan 76:4
إِنَّآ أَعۡتَدۡنَا لِلۡكَٰفِرِينَ سَلَٰسِلَاْ وَأَغۡلَٰلٗا وَسَعِيرًا
Aux mécréants, Nous avons préparé des chaînes, des carcans et un brasier ardent,
Indeed, We have prepared for the disbelievers chains and shackles and a blaze
Al-Insan 76:5
إِنَّ ٱلۡأَبۡرَارَ يَشۡرَبُونَ مِن كَأۡسٖ كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا كَافُورًا
tandis que les pieux croyants se délecteront d’un vin mêlé de camphre,
Indeed, the righteous will drink from a cup [of wine] whose mixture is of Kafur
Al-Insan 76:6
عَيۡنٗا يَشۡرَبُ بِهَا عِبَادُ ٱللَّهِ يُفَجِّرُونَهَا تَفۡجِيرٗا
puisé à une source à laquelle se désaltèreront les serviteurs d’Allah et qu’ils feront jaillir à leur gré.
A spring of which the [righteous] servants of Allah will drink; they will make it gush forth in force [and abundance]
Al-Insan 76:7
يُوفُونَ بِٱلنَّذۡرِ وَيَخَافُونَ يَوۡمٗا كَانَ شَرُّهُۥ مُسۡتَطِيرٗا
Ils étaient en effet fidèles à leurs engagements, redoutaient un jour dont le mal se propagera inexorablement
They [are those who] fulfill [their] vows and fear a Day whose evil will be widespread
Al-Insan 76:8
وَيُطۡعِمُونَ ٱلطَّعَامَ عَلَىٰ حُبِّهِۦ مِسۡكِينٗا وَيَتِيمٗا وَأَسِيرًا
et offraient de la nourriture, pourtant si chère à leurs yeux, au nécessiteux, à l’orphelin et au captif,
And they give food in spite of love for it to the needy, the orphan, and the captive
Al-Insan 76:9
إِنَّمَا نُطۡعِمُكُمۡ لِوَجۡهِ ٱللَّهِ لَا نُرِيدُ مِنكُمۡ جَزَآءٗ وَلَا شُكُورًا
disant : « Nous vous nourrissons uniquement pour plaire à Allah, n’attendant de vous ni récompense, ni reconnaissance.
[Saying], "We feed you only for the countenance of Allah. We wish not from you reward or gratitude
Al-Insan 76:10
إِنَّا نَخَافُ مِن رَّبِّنَا يَوۡمًا عَبُوسٗا قَمۡطَرِيرٗا
Nous redoutons l’avènement d’un jour, décrété par notre Seigneur, si terrible que les visages en seront contractés de terreur. »
Indeed, We fear from our Lord a Day austere and distressful
Al-Insan 76:11
فَوَقَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ شَرَّ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡيَوۡمِ وَلَقَّىٰهُمۡ نَضۡرَةٗ وَسُرُورٗا
Allah les préservera donc des affres de ce Jour, leurs visages seront éclatants de beauté et rayonnants de joie.
So Allah will protect them from the evil of that Day and give them radiance and happiness
Al-Insan 76:12
وَجَزَىٰهُم بِمَا صَبَرُواْ جَنَّةٗ وَحَرِيرٗا
Pour leur constance, le Seigneur les introduira au Paradis où ils seront revêtus de soie,
And will reward them for what they patiently endured [with] a garden [in Paradise] and silk [garments]
Al-Insan 76:13
مُّتَّكِـِٔينَ فِيهَا عَلَى ٱلۡأَرَآئِكِۖ لَا يَرَوۡنَ فِيهَا شَمۡسٗا وَلَا زَمۡهَرِيرٗا
accoudés sur des lits somptueux, à l’abri de la chaleur du soleil et de la rigueur du froid,
[They will be] reclining therein on adorned couches. They will not see therein any [burning] sun or [freezing] cold
Al-Insan 76:14
وَدَانِيَةً عَلَيۡهِمۡ ظِلَٰلُهَا وَذُلِّلَتۡ قُطُوفُهَا تَذۡلِيلٗا
à l’ombre des arbres, tout proches, du Paradis dont les fruits seront à portée de main.
And near above them are its shades, and its [fruit] to be picked will be lowered in compliance
Al-Insan 76:15
وَيُطَافُ عَلَيۡهِم بِـَٔانِيَةٖ مِّن فِضَّةٖ وَأَكۡوَابٖ كَانَتۡ قَوَارِيرَا۠
On fera circuler parmi eux des plats en argent et des coupes de cristal -
And there will be circulated among them vessels of silver and cups having been [created] clear [as glass]
Al-Insan 76:16
قَوَارِيرَاْ مِن فِضَّةٖ قَدَّرُوهَا تَقۡدِيرٗا
de cristal argenté - remplies à leur convenance.
Clear glasses [made] from silver of which they have determined the measure
Al-Insan 76:17
وَيُسۡقَوۡنَ فِيهَا كَأۡسٗا كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا زَنجَبِيلًا
Leur sera aussi servi un vin mêlé de gingembre,
And they will be given to drink a cup [of wine] whose mixture is of ginger
Al-Insan 76:18
عَيۡنٗا فِيهَا تُسَمَّىٰ سَلۡسَبِيلٗا
puisé à une source du Paradis appelée Salsabîl.
[From] a fountain within Paradise named Salsabeel
Al-Insan 76:19
۞وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وِلۡدَٰنٞ مُّخَلَّدُونَ إِذَا رَأَيۡتَهُمۡ حَسِبۡتَهُمۡ لُؤۡلُؤٗا مَّنثُورٗا
Parmi eux circuleront des serviteurs d’une éternelle jeunesse que l’on prendrait pour des perles éparpillées.
There will circulate among them young boys made eternal. When you see them, you would think them [as beautiful as] scattered pearls
Al-Insan 76:20
وَإِذَا رَأَيۡتَ ثَمَّ رَأَيۡتَ نَعِيمٗا وَمُلۡكٗا كَبِيرًا
Tu y découvriras d’ineffables délices et un royaume incommensurable.
And when you look there [in Paradise], you will see pleasure and great dominion
Al-Insan 76:21
عَٰلِيَهُمۡ ثِيَابُ سُندُسٍ خُضۡرٞ وَإِسۡتَبۡرَقٞۖ وَحُلُّوٓاْ أَسَاوِرَ مِن فِضَّةٖ وَسَقَىٰهُمۡ رَبُّهُمۡ شَرَابٗا طَهُورًا
Les élus du Paradis seront vêtus de soie fine de couleur verte et de brocart, parés de bracelets d’argent et abreuvés par leur Seigneur d’une boisson d’une grande pureté.
Upon the inhabitants will be green garments of fine silk and brocade. And they will be adorned with bracelets of silver, and their Lord will give them a purifying drink
Al-Insan 76:22
إِنَّ هَٰذَا كَانَ لَكُمۡ جَزَآءٗ وَكَانَ سَعۡيُكُم مَّشۡكُورًا
« Telle est la récompense méritée de vos œuvres qui ont été acceptées. »
[And it will be said], "Indeed, this is for you a reward, and your effort has been appreciated
Al-Insan 76:23
إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا عَلَيۡكَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ تَنزِيلٗا
C’est Nous qui t’avons révélé le Coran, à n’en point douter.
Indeed, it is We who have sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Qur'an progressively
Al-Insan 76:24
فَٱصۡبِرۡ لِحُكۡمِ رَبِّكَ وَلَا تُطِعۡ مِنۡهُمۡ ءَاثِمًا أَوۡ كَفُورٗا
Soumets-toi donc patiemment à la volonté de ton Seigneur, sans écouter ceux d’entre eux qui se livrent au péché et vivent dans l’impiété.
So be patient for the decision of your Lord and do not obey from among them a sinner or ungrateful [disbeliever]
Al-Insan 76:25
وَٱذۡكُرِ ٱسۡمَ رَبِّكَ بُكۡرَةٗ وَأَصِيلٗا
Invoque le nom de ton Seigneur matin et soir.
And mention the name of your Lord [in prayer] morning and evening
Al-Insan 76:26
وَمِنَ ٱلَّيۡلِ فَٱسۡجُدۡ لَهُۥ وَسَبِّحۡهُ لَيۡلٗا طَوِيلًا
Prosterne-toi devant Lui une partie de la nuit, au cours de laquelle tu célèbreras longuement Sa gloire.
And during the night prostrate to Him and exalt Him a long [part of the] night
Al-Insan 76:27
إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ يُحِبُّونَ ٱلۡعَاجِلَةَ وَيَذَرُونَ وَرَآءَهُمۡ يَوۡمٗا ثَقِيلٗا
Ces gens sont obnubilés par ce bas monde au point d’en oublier un jour d’une extrême gravité.
Indeed, these [disbelievers] love the immediate and leave behind them a grave Day
Al-Insan 76:28
نَّحۡنُ خَلَقۡنَٰهُمۡ وَشَدَدۡنَآ أَسۡرَهُمۡۖ وَإِذَا شِئۡنَا بَدَّلۡنَآ أَمۡثَٰلَهُمۡ تَبۡدِيلًا
C’est Nous qui les avons créés et solidement constitués, et Nous pourrions, si Nous le voulions, les remplacer par d’autres hommes comme eux.
We have created them and strengthened their forms, and when We will, We can change their likenesses with [complete] alteration
Al-Insan 76:29
إِنَّ هَٰذِهِۦ تَذۡكِرَةٞۖ فَمَن شَآءَ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ سَبِيلٗا
Ceci, en vérité, est une simple exhortation. Que celui qui le veut suive donc la voie de son Seigneur !
Indeed, this is a reminder, so he who wills may take to his Lord a way
Al-Insan 76:30
وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمٗا
Mais vous ne le voudrez que si Allah Lui-même, Omniscient et infiniment Sage, le veut.
And you do not will except that Allah wills. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise
Al-Insan 76:31
يُدۡخِلُ مَن يَشَآءُ فِي رَحۡمَتِهِۦۚ وَٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ أَعَدَّ لَهُمۡ عَذَابًا أَلِيمَۢا
Il admet qui Il veut dans Sa grâce. Quant aux impies, Il leur a préparé un châtiment douloureux.
He admits whom He wills into His mercy; but the wrongdoers - He has prepared for them a painful punishment
