Le siège des coalisés et la guidée pour la maison du Prophète.
Al-Ahzab 33:1
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ ٱتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ وَلَا تُطِعِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ وَٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمٗا
Prophète ! Crains Allah ! N’obéis ni aux mécréants, ni aux hypocrites ! Allah, en vérité, est Omniscient et infiniment Sage.
O Prophet, fear Allah and do not obey the disbelievers and the hypocrites. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise
Al-Ahzab 33:2
وَٱتَّبِعۡ مَا يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَيۡكَ مِن رَّبِّكَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرٗا
Conforme-toi, au contraire, à ce qui t’est révélé de la part de ton Seigneur. Allah est parfaitement informé de ce que vous faites.
And follow that which is revealed to you from your Lord. Indeed Allah is ever, with what you do, Acquainted
Al-Ahzab 33:3
وَتَوَكَّلۡ عَلَى ٱللَّهِۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِيلٗا
Place ta confiance en Allah qui est un protecteur amplement suffisant.
And rely upon Allah; and sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs
Al-Ahzab 33:4
مَّا جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لِرَجُلٖ مِّن قَلۡبَيۡنِ فِي جَوۡفِهِۦۚ وَمَا جَعَلَ أَزۡوَٰجَكُمُ ٱلَّـٰٓـِٔي تُظَٰهِرُونَ مِنۡهُنَّ أُمَّهَٰتِكُمۡۚ وَمَا جَعَلَ أَدۡعِيَآءَكُمۡ أَبۡنَآءَكُمۡۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ قَوۡلُكُم بِأَفۡوَٰهِكُمۡۖ وَٱللَّهُ يَقُولُ ٱلۡحَقَّ وَهُوَ يَهۡدِي ٱلسَّبِيلَ
De même qu’Allah n’a pas placé deux cœurs dans la poitrine d’un seul homme, de même Il n’a pas fait de vos épouses des mères pour vous, épouses que vous répudiez pourtant en affirmant qu’elles vous sont interdites comme le sont vos propres mères. Et Il n’a pas fait des enfants que vous adoptez vos véritables enfants. Simples allégations qui ne reposent sur rien. Allah, quant à Lui, énonce la vérité et indique le droit chemin.
Allah has not made for a man two hearts in his interior. And He has not made your wives whom you declare unlawful your mothers. And he has not made your adopted sons your [true] sons. That is [merely] your saying by your mouths, but Allah says the truth, and He guides to the [right] way
Al-Ahzab 33:5
ٱدۡعُوهُمۡ لِأٓبَآئِهِمۡ هُوَ أَقۡسَطُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِۚ فَإِن لَّمۡ تَعۡلَمُوٓاْ ءَابَآءَهُمۡ فَإِخۡوَٰنُكُمۡ فِي ٱلدِّينِ وَمَوَٰلِيكُمۡۚ وَلَيۡسَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ جُنَاحٞ فِيمَآ أَخۡطَأۡتُم بِهِۦ وَلَٰكِن مَّا تَعَمَّدَتۡ قُلُوبُكُمۡۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورٗا رَّحِيمًا
Rattachez ces enfants à leurs vrais pères. Voilà qui est plus juste pour Allah. Si vous ignorez leurs véritables pères, alors considérez-les comme vos frères par la foi ou vos alliés. Vous n’aurez pas à répondre des mots qui vous auront échappés, mais seulement de ceux que vous aurez prononcés délibérément. Allah est Très Clément et Très Miséricordieux.
Call them by [the names of] their fathers; it is more just in the sight of Allah. But if you do not know their fathers - then they are [still] your brothers in religion and those entrusted to you. And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred but [only for] what your hearts intended. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful
Al-Ahzab 33:6
ٱلنَّبِيُّ أَوۡلَىٰ بِٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ مِنۡ أَنفُسِهِمۡۖ وَأَزۡوَٰجُهُۥٓ أُمَّهَٰتُهُمۡۗ وَأُوْلُواْ ٱلۡأَرۡحَامِ بَعۡضُهُمۡ أَوۡلَىٰ بِبَعۡضٖ فِي كِتَٰبِ ٱللَّهِ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُهَٰجِرِينَ إِلَّآ أَن تَفۡعَلُوٓاْ إِلَىٰٓ أَوۡلِيَآئِكُم مَّعۡرُوفٗاۚ كَانَ ذَٰلِكَ فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مَسۡطُورٗا
Le Prophète a plus de droits sur les croyants que ceux-ci n’en ont les uns sur les autres et ses épouses sont comme leurs mères. Selon la loi d’Allah, consignée de toute éternité dans le Livre, les liens de consanguinité ont la priorité, en cas de succession, sur les liens de fraternité unissant les croyants de Médine aux émigrés. Rien ne vous empêche néanmoins de faire un acte de charité envers vos frères croyants.
The Prophet is more worthy of the believers than themselves, and his wives are [in the position of] their mothers. And those of [blood] relationship are more entitled [to inheritance] in the decree of Allah than the [other] believers and the emigrants, except that you may do to your close associates a kindness [through bequest]. That was in the Book inscribed
Al-Ahzab 33:7
وَإِذۡ أَخَذۡنَا مِنَ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ مِيثَٰقَهُمۡ وَمِنكَ وَمِن نُّوحٖ وَإِبۡرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ وَعِيسَى ٱبۡنِ مَرۡيَمَۖ وَأَخَذۡنَا مِنۡهُم مِّيثَٰقًا غَلِيظٗا
Nous avons pris un engagement des prophètes, de toi-même, de Noé, d’Abraham, de Moïse et de Jésus, fils de Marie. Nous avons pris d’eux un engagement solennel
And [mention, O Muhammad], when We took from the prophets their covenant and from you and from Noah and Abraham and Moses and Jesus, the son of Mary; and We took from them a solemn covenant
Al-Ahzab 33:8
لِّيَسۡـَٔلَ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ عَن صِدۡقِهِمۡۚ وَأَعَدَّ لِلۡكَٰفِرِينَ عَذَابًا أَلِيمٗا
afin d’interroger ceux qui croiront en eux et ceux qui les renieront, auxquels Nous avons préparé un douloureux châtiment.
That He may question the truthful about their truth. And He has prepared for the disbelievers a painful punishment
Al-Ahzab 33:9
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَةَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِذۡ جَآءَتۡكُمۡ جُنُودٞ فَأَرۡسَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ رِيحٗا وَجُنُودٗا لَّمۡ تَرَوۡهَاۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ بَصِيرًا
Vous qui croyez ! Souvenez-vous de Nos bienfaits envers vous lorsque Nous avons suscité une tempête et des légions invisibles contre les armées ennemies qui vous assiégeaient. Allah voyait parfaitement ce que vous faisiez.
O you who have believed, remember the favor of Allah upon you when armies came to [attack] you and We sent upon them a wind and armies [of angels] you did not see. And ever is Allah, of what you do, Seeing
Al-Ahzab 33:10
إِذۡ جَآءُوكُم مِّن فَوۡقِكُمۡ وَمِنۡ أَسۡفَلَ مِنكُمۡ وَإِذۡ زَاغَتِ ٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرُ وَبَلَغَتِ ٱلۡقُلُوبُ ٱلۡحَنَاجِرَ وَتَظُنُّونَ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلظُّنُونَا۠
Lorsque, assiégés du haut et du fond de la vallée, yeux effarés et gorges serrées, vous vous livriez au sujet d’Allah à toutes sortes de suppositions.
[Remember] when they came at you from above you and from below you, and when eyes shifted [in fear], and hearts reached the throats and you assumed about Allah [various] assumptions
Al-Ahzab 33:11
هُنَالِكَ ٱبۡتُلِيَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ وَزُلۡزِلُواْ زِلۡزَالٗا شَدِيدٗا
Les croyants furent alors soumis à rude épreuve et violemment ébranlés.
There the believers were tested and shaken with a severe shaking
Al-Ahzab 33:12
وَإِذۡ يَقُولُ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقُونَ وَٱلَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٞ مَّا وَعَدَنَا ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ إِلَّا غُرُورٗا
Les hypocrites et les hommes aux cœurs malades disaient : « Allah et Son Messager nous ont seulement bercés de vaines promesses. »
And [remember] when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is disease said, "Allah and His Messenger did not promise us except delusion
Al-Ahzab 33:13
وَإِذۡ قَالَت طَّآئِفَةٞ مِّنۡهُمۡ يَـٰٓأَهۡلَ يَثۡرِبَ لَا مُقَامَ لَكُمۡ فَٱرۡجِعُواْۚ وَيَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُ فَرِيقٞ مِّنۡهُمُ ٱلنَّبِيَّ يَقُولُونَ إِنَّ بُيُوتَنَا عَوۡرَةٞ وَمَا هِيَ بِعَوۡرَةٍۖ إِن يُرِيدُونَ إِلَّا فِرَارٗا
Un groupe d’entre eux dit : « Habitants de Yathrib ! Vous n’avez rien à faire ici ! Regagnez vos foyers ! » Tandis qu’un autre groupe de combattants demandaient au Prophète la permission de se retirer, prétextant que leurs maisons étaient exposées au danger. Or, celles-ci n’étaient nullement menacées, ils voulaient seulement déserter.
And when a faction of them said, "O people of Yathrib, there is no stability for you [here], so return [home]." And a party of them asked permission of the Prophet, saying, "Indeed, our houses are unprotected," while they were not exposed. They did not intend except to flee
Al-Ahzab 33:14
وَلَوۡ دُخِلَتۡ عَلَيۡهِم مِّنۡ أَقۡطَارِهَا ثُمَّ سُئِلُواْ ٱلۡفِتۡنَةَ لَأٓتَوۡهَا وَمَا تَلَبَّثُواْ بِهَآ إِلَّا يَسِيرٗا
Si l’ennemi avait assailli la cité de tous côtés et les avait contraints à apostasier, ils se seraient exécutés sans tarder.
And if they had been entered upon from all its [surrounding] regions and fitnah had been demanded of them, they would have done it and not hesitated over it except briefly
Al-Ahzab 33:15
وَلَقَدۡ كَانُواْ عَٰهَدُواْ ٱللَّهَ مِن قَبۡلُ لَا يُوَلُّونَ ٱلۡأَدۡبَٰرَۚ وَكَانَ عَهۡدُ ٱللَّهِ مَسۡـُٔولٗا
Ils s’étaient pourtant engagés envers Allah à ne jamais tourner le dos à l’ennemi. Ils auront donc à répondre de l’engagement pris.
And they had already promised Allah before not to turn their backs and flee. And ever is the promise to Allah [that about which one will be] questioned
Al-Ahzab 33:16
قُل لَّن يَنفَعَكُمُ ٱلۡفِرَارُ إِن فَرَرۡتُم مِّنَ ٱلۡمَوۡتِ أَوِ ٱلۡقَتۡلِ وَإِذٗا لَّا تُمَتَّعُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا
Dis : « Rien ne sert de fuir la mort ou des combats qui s’annoncent meurtriers. Car vous ne jouirez ensuite que peu de temps de cette vie. »
Say, [O Muhammad], "Never will fleeing benefit you if you should flee from death or killing; and then [if you did], you would not be given enjoyment [of life] except for a little
Al-Ahzab 33:17
قُلۡ مَن ذَا ٱلَّذِي يَعۡصِمُكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ إِنۡ أَرَادَ بِكُمۡ سُوٓءًا أَوۡ أَرَادَ بِكُمۡ رَحۡمَةٗۚ وَلَا يَجِدُونَ لَهُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِيّٗا وَلَا نَصِيرٗا
Dis : « Qui peut empêcher Allah de vous accabler d’un malheur ou de vous accorder un bonheur ? » Ils ne trouveront contre Ses rigueurs ni soutien, ni protecteur.
Say, "Who is it that can protect you from Allah if He intends for you an ill or intends for you a mercy?" And they will not find for themselves besides Allah any protector or any helper
Al-Ahzab 33:18
۞قَدۡ يَعۡلَمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡمُعَوِّقِينَ مِنكُمۡ وَٱلۡقَآئِلِينَ لِإِخۡوَٰنِهِمۡ هَلُمَّ إِلَيۡنَاۖ وَلَا يَأۡتُونَ ٱلۡبَأۡسَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا
Allah connaît parfaitement ceux d’entre vous qui détournent leurs frères du combat, leur disant : « Joignez-vous à nous. » Eux-mêmes ne participent guère à la lutte armée,
Already Allah knows the hinderers among you and those [hypocrites] who say to their brothers, "Come to us," and do not go to battle, except for a few
Al-Ahzab 33:19
أَشِحَّةً عَلَيۡكُمۡۖ فَإِذَا جَآءَ ٱلۡخَوۡفُ رَأَيۡتَهُمۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَيۡكَ تَدُورُ أَعۡيُنُهُمۡ كَٱلَّذِي يُغۡشَىٰ عَلَيۡهِ مِنَ ٱلۡمَوۡتِۖ فَإِذَا ذَهَبَ ٱلۡخَوۡفُ سَلَقُوكُم بِأَلۡسِنَةٍ حِدَادٍ أَشِحَّةً عَلَى ٱلۡخَيۡرِۚ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ لَمۡ يُؤۡمِنُواْ فَأَحۡبَطَ ٱللَّهُ أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡۚ وَكَانَ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ يَسِيرٗا
avares de leur soutien aux croyants. Et lorsqu’une attaque ennemie est à craindre, tu les vois te regarder avec terreur et tourner de l’œil comme s’ils étaient à l’agonie. Mais une fois en sécurité, ils vous blessent de leurs langues acérées, avides de butin et peu enclins à faire le bien. Ceux-là n’ont jamais été de vrais croyants. C’est pourquoi Allah a réduit leurs œuvres à néant, chose des plus aisées pour Allah.
Indisposed toward you. And when fear comes, you see them looking at you, their eyes revolving like one being overcome by death. But when fear departs, they lash you with sharp tongues, indisposed toward [any] good. Those have not believed, so Allah has rendered their deeds worthless, and ever is that, for Allah, easy
Al-Ahzab 33:20
يَحۡسَبُونَ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابَ لَمۡ يَذۡهَبُواْۖ وَإِن يَأۡتِ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابُ يَوَدُّواْ لَوۡ أَنَّهُم بَادُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَعۡرَابِ يَسۡـَٔلُونَ عَنۡ أَنۢبَآئِكُمۡۖ وَلَوۡ كَانُواْ فِيكُم مَّا قَٰتَلُوٓاْ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا
Ils s’imaginent que les coalisés n’ont pas réellement levé le siège. Et si ces derniers revenaient, ils souhaiteraient se trouver dans le désert parmi les Bédouins, se contentant de prendre de vos nouvelles de loin. Si d’ailleurs ils se trouvaient parmi vous, ils ne participeraient guère aux combats.
They think the companies have not [yet] withdrawn. And if the companies should come [again], they would wish they were in the desert among the bedouins, inquiring [from afar] about your news. And if they should be among you, they would not fight except for a little
Al-Ahzab 33:21
لَّقَدۡ كَانَ لَكُمۡ فِي رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ أُسۡوَةٌ حَسَنَةٞ لِّمَن كَانَ يَرۡجُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلۡيَوۡمَ ٱلۡأٓخِرَ وَذَكَرَ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرٗا
Vous avez un bel exemple à suivre dans le Messager d’Allah, exemple édifiant pour quiconque espère la récompense d’Allah ici-bas et dans l’au-delà, et invoque fréquemment Son nom.
There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often
Al-Ahzab 33:22
وَلَمَّا رَءَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابَ قَالُواْ هَٰذَا مَا وَعَدَنَا ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ وَصَدَقَ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥۚ وَمَا زَادَهُمۡ إِلَّآ إِيمَٰنٗا وَتَسۡلِيمٗا
A la vue des coalisés, les croyants ont dit : « Voici que s’accomplit la promesse d’Allah et de Son Messager. Allah et Son Messager disaient donc la vérité. » Leur foi et leur soumission en furent donc raffermies.
And when the believers saw the companies, they said, "This is what Allah and His Messenger had promised us, and Allah and His Messenger spoke the truth." And it increased them only in faith and acceptance
Al-Ahzab 33:23
مِّنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ رِجَالٞ صَدَقُواْ مَا عَٰهَدُواْ ٱللَّهَ عَلَيۡهِۖ فَمِنۡهُم مَّن قَضَىٰ نَحۡبَهُۥ وَمِنۡهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُۖ وَمَا بَدَّلُواْ تَبۡدِيلٗا
Il est, parmi les croyants, des hommes qui ont honoré leur engagement envers Allah. Certains, fidèles à leur promesse, sont tombés en martyrs, tandis que d’autres attendent toujours sans jamais se dédire.
Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance]. And they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration
Al-Ahzab 33:24
لِّيَجۡزِيَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ بِصِدۡقِهِمۡ وَيُعَذِّبَ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ إِن شَآءَ أَوۡ يَتُوبَ عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورٗا رَّحِيمٗا
Allah récompensera donc ceux qui ont été fidèles à leur engagement et châtiera, s’Il le veut, les hypocrites ou les guidera vers le repentir. Allah, en vérité, est Très Clément et Très Miséricordieux.
That Allah may reward the truthful for their truth and punish the hypocrites if He wills or accept their repentance. Indeed, Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful
Al-Ahzab 33:25
وَرَدَّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِغَيۡظِهِمۡ لَمۡ يَنَالُواْ خَيۡرٗاۚ وَكَفَى ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ ٱلۡقِتَالَۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ قَوِيًّا عَزِيزٗا
Allah a repoussé les mécréants qui sont repartis la rage au cœur sans avoir pu atteindre leur objectif. Allah, Fort et Tout-Puissant, a donc épargné le combat aux croyants.
And Allah repelled those who disbelieved, in their rage, not having obtained any good. And sufficient was Allah for the believers in battle, and ever is Allah Powerful and Exalted in Might
Al-Ahzab 33:26
وَأَنزَلَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَٰهَرُوهُم مِّنۡ أَهۡلِ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِن صَيَاصِيهِمۡ وَقَذَفَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمُ ٱلرُّعۡبَ فَرِيقٗا تَقۡتُلُونَ وَتَأۡسِرُونَ فَرِيقٗا
Et, après avoir rempli d’effroi ceux parmi les gens du Livre qui ont apporté leur soutien aux coalisés, il les a forcés à descendre de leurs forteresses. Vous avez donc tué une partie d’entre eux et réduit une autre en captivité.
And He brought down those who supported them among the People of the Scripture from their fortresses and cast terror into their hearts [so that] a party you killed, and you took captive a party
Al-Ahzab 33:27
وَأَوۡرَثَكُمۡ أَرۡضَهُمۡ وَدِيَٰرَهُمۡ وَأَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ وَأَرۡضٗا لَّمۡ تَطَـُٔوهَاۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٗا
Il vous a alors fait hériter de leurs terres, de leurs demeures et de leurs richesses, de même qu’Il vous permettra de conquérir un autre territoire que vous n’avez jusque-là jamais foulé. Allah a pouvoir sur toute chose.
And He caused you to inherit their land and their homes and their properties and a land which you have not trodden. And ever is Allah, over all things, competent
Al-Ahzab 33:28
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزۡوَٰجِكَ إِن كُنتُنَّ تُرِدۡنَ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَزِينَتَهَا فَتَعَالَيۡنَ أُمَتِّعۡكُنَّ وَأُسَرِّحۡكُنَّ سَرَاحٗا جَمِيلٗا
Prophète ! Dis à tes épouses : « Si c’est cette vie et son faste que vous convoitez, alors venez, je vous accorderai une indemnité et vous rendrai votre liberté en toute dignité.
O Prophet, say to your wives, "If you should desire the worldly life and its adornment, then come, I will provide for you and give you a gracious release
Al-Ahzab 33:29
وَإِن كُنتُنَّ تُرِدۡنَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَٱلدَّارَ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ أَعَدَّ لِلۡمُحۡسِنَٰتِ مِنكُنَّ أَجۡرًا عَظِيمٗا
Mais si c’est Allah, Son Messager et la Demeure dernière que vous choisissez, alors sachez qu’Allah a réservé à celles d’entre vous qui sont vertueuses une immense récompense. »
But if you should desire Allah and His Messenger and the home of the Hereafter - then indeed, Allah has prepared for the doers of good among you a great reward
Al-Ahzab 33:30
يَٰنِسَآءَ ٱلنَّبِيِّ مَن يَأۡتِ مِنكُنَّ بِفَٰحِشَةٖ مُّبَيِّنَةٖ يُضَٰعَفۡ لَهَا ٱلۡعَذَابُ ضِعۡفَيۡنِۚ وَكَانَ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ يَسِيرٗا
Femmes du Prophète ! Celle d’entre vous qui commettrait un péché flagrant se verrait infliger un double châtiment, chose des plus aisées pour Allah.
O wives of the Prophet, whoever of you should commit a clear immorality - for her the punishment would be doubled two fold, and ever is that, for Allah, easy
Al-Ahzab 33:31
۞وَمَن يَقۡنُتۡ مِنكُنَّ لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَتَعۡمَلۡ صَٰلِحٗا نُّؤۡتِهَآ أَجۡرَهَا مَرَّتَيۡنِ وَأَعۡتَدۡنَا لَهَا رِزۡقٗا كَرِيمٗا
En revanche, à celle d’entre vous qui obéira à Allah et à Son Messager, et qui fera le bien, Nous accorderons une double récompense et réserverons un don généreux.
And whoever of you devoutly obeys Allah and His Messenger and does righteousness - We will give her her reward twice; and We have prepared for her a noble provision
Al-Ahzab 33:32
يَٰنِسَآءَ ٱلنَّبِيِّ لَسۡتُنَّ كَأَحَدٖ مِّنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ إِنِ ٱتَّقَيۡتُنَّۚ فَلَا تَخۡضَعۡنَ بِٱلۡقَوۡلِ فَيَطۡمَعَ ٱلَّذِي فِي قَلۡبِهِۦ مَرَضٞ وَقُلۡنَ قَوۡلٗا مَّعۡرُوفٗا
Femmes du Prophète ! Vous n’êtes en rien comparables aux autres femmes, pour peu que vous craigniez Allah. Gardez-vous donc de vous adresser aux hommes de manière impudique, de peur d’éveiller dans des cœurs malades des désirs coupables, et évitez toute parole équivoque.
O wives of the Prophet, you are not like anyone among women. If you fear Allah, then do not be soft in speech [to men], lest he in whose heart is disease should covet, but speak with appropriate speech
Al-Ahzab 33:33
وَقَرۡنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجۡنَ تَبَرُّجَ ٱلۡجَٰهِلِيَّةِ ٱلۡأُولَىٰۖ وَأَقِمۡنَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتِينَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَأَطِعۡنَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥٓۚ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيُذۡهِبَ عَنكُمُ ٱلرِّجۡسَ أَهۡلَ ٱلۡبَيۡتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمۡ تَطۡهِيرٗا
Demeurez dans vos foyers, ne vous exhibez pas à la manière des femmes de l’époque préislamique. Accomplissez la prière, acquittez-vous de l’aumône et obéissez à Allah et Son Messager. Allah veut seulement vous préserver de toute souillure, membres de la famille du Prophète, et vous purifier entièrement du péché.
And abide in your houses and do not display yourselves as [was] the display of the former times of ignorance. And establish prayer and give zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah intends only to remove from you the impurity [of sin], O people of the [Prophet's] household, and to purify you with [extensive] purification
Al-Ahzab 33:34
وَٱذۡكُرۡنَ مَا يُتۡلَىٰ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ مِنۡ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ لَطِيفًا خَبِيرًا
Souvenez-vous des versets d’Allah qui sont récités dans vos foyers et des paroles, pleines de sagesse, qui y sont prononcées. Allah, en vérité, est toute bonté et parfaitement informé.
And remember what is recited in your houses of the verses of Allah and wisdom. Indeed, Allah is ever Subtle and Acquainted [with all things]
Al-Ahzab 33:35
إِنَّ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ وَٱلۡمُسۡلِمَٰتِ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ وَٱلۡقَٰنِتِينَ وَٱلۡقَٰنِتَٰتِ وَٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ وَٱلصَّـٰدِقَٰتِ وَٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ وَٱلصَّـٰبِرَٰتِ وَٱلۡخَٰشِعِينَ وَٱلۡخَٰشِعَٰتِ وَٱلۡمُتَصَدِّقِينَ وَٱلۡمُتَصَدِّقَٰتِ وَٱلصَّـٰٓئِمِينَ وَٱلصَّـٰٓئِمَٰتِ وَٱلۡحَٰفِظِينَ فُرُوجَهُمۡ وَٱلۡحَٰفِظَٰتِ وَٱلذَّـٰكِرِينَ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرٗا وَٱلذَّـٰكِرَٰتِ أَعَدَّ ٱللَّهُ لَهُم مَّغۡفِرَةٗ وَأَجۡرًا عَظِيمٗا
Aux musulmans et aux musulmanes, aux croyants et aux croyantes, à ceux, hommes et femmes, qui sont sincères dans leur foi, pleins d’obéissance et de constance, à ceux et celles qui sont remplis de crainte et d’humilité, qui font la charité et ne cessent de jeûner, aux hommes et aux femmes qui préservent leur chasteté, à ceux et celles qui invoquent souvent Son nom, à tous ceux-là Allah réserve Son pardon et une immense récompense.
Indeed, the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women, the obedient men and obedient women, the truthful men and truthful women, the patient men and patient women, the humble men and humble women, the charitable men and charitable women, the fasting men and fasting women, the men who guard their private parts and the women who do so, and the men who remember Allah often and the women who do so - for them Allah has prepared forgiveness and a great reward
Al-Ahzab 33:36
وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤۡمِنٖ وَلَا مُؤۡمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ أَمۡرًا أَن يَكُونَ لَهُمُ ٱلۡخِيَرَةُ مِنۡ أَمۡرِهِمۡۗ وَمَن يَعۡصِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَقَدۡ ضَلَّ ضَلَٰلٗا مُّبِينٗا
Il n’appartient aucunement à un croyant ou à une croyante de s’opposer à une décision prise par Allah et Son Messager. Quiconque désobéit à Allah et Son Messager s’est manifestement égaré.
It is not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided a matter, that they should [thereafter] have any choice about their affair. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly strayed into clear error
Al-Ahzab 33:37
وَإِذۡ تَقُولُ لِلَّذِيٓ أَنۡعَمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِ وَأَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَيۡهِ أَمۡسِكۡ عَلَيۡكَ زَوۡجَكَ وَٱتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ وَتُخۡفِي فِي نَفۡسِكَ مَا ٱللَّهُ مُبۡدِيهِ وَتَخۡشَى ٱلنَّاسَ وَٱللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَن تَخۡشَىٰهُۖ فَلَمَّا قَضَىٰ زَيۡدٞ مِّنۡهَا وَطَرٗا زَوَّجۡنَٰكَهَا لِكَيۡ لَا يَكُونَ عَلَى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ حَرَجٞ فِيٓ أَزۡوَٰجِ أَدۡعِيَآئِهِمۡ إِذَا قَضَوۡاْ مِنۡهُنَّ وَطَرٗاۚ وَكَانَ أَمۡرُ ٱللَّهِ مَفۡعُولٗا
Souviens-toi lorsque tu disais à celui qu’Allah a comblé de Ses bienfaits et que tu avais toi-même comblé : « Garde ton épouse et crains Allah ! » Craignant les reproches des gens, tu dissimulais en toi-même ce qu’Allah allait dévoiler, alors qu’Allah est plus en droit d’être redouté. Lorsque Zayd eut mis fin à leur union, Nous en avons fait ton épouse afin que les croyants puissent, sans que cela soit considéré comme un péché, épouser les anciennes femmes de leurs fils adoptifs. L’arrêt d’Allah devait être exécuté.
And [remember, O Muhammad], when you said to the one on whom Allah bestowed favor and you bestowed favor, "Keep your wife and fear Allah," while you concealed within yourself that which Allah is to disclose. And you feared the people, while Allah has more right that you fear Him. So when Zayd had no longer any need for her, We married her to you in order that there not be upon the believers any discomfort concerning the wives of their adopted sons when they no longer have need of them. And ever is the command of Allah accomplished
Al-Ahzab 33:38
مَّا كَانَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِيِّ مِنۡ حَرَجٖ فِيمَا فَرَضَ ٱللَّهُ لَهُۥۖ سُنَّةَ ٱللَّهِ فِي ٱلَّذِينَ خَلَوۡاْ مِن قَبۡلُۚ وَكَانَ أَمۡرُ ٱللَّهِ قَدَرٗا مَّقۡدُورًا
Le Prophète n’a commis aucune faute en contractant ce mariage qu’Allah lui a permis, conformément aux règles immuables établies pour les prophètes qui l’ont précédé
There is not to be upon the Prophet any discomfort concerning that which Allah has imposed upon him. [This is] the established way of Allah with those [prophets] who have passed on before. And ever is the command of Allah a destiny decreed
Al-Ahzab 33:39
ٱلَّذِينَ يُبَلِّغُونَ رِسَٰلَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَخۡشَوۡنَهُۥ وَلَا يَخۡشَوۡنَ أَحَدًا إِلَّا ٱللَّهَۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ حَسِيبٗا
qui, pénétrés de la crainte d’Allah, transmettaient Son message sans redouter les reproches de personne. Allah suffit pour tenir le compte de vos œuvres.
[Allah praises] those who convey the messages of Allah and fear Him and do not fear anyone but Allah. And sufficient is Allah as Accountant
Al-Ahzab 33:40
مَّا كَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ أَبَآ أَحَدٖ مِّن رِّجَالِكُمۡ وَلَٰكِن رَّسُولَ ٱللَّهِ وَخَاتَمَ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٗا
Mouhammad n’est le père d’aucun homme parmi vous, mais le Messager d’Allah et le sceau des prophètes. Allah a une parfaite connaissance de toute chose.
Muhammad is not the father of [any] one of your men, but [he is] the Messenger of Allah and last of the prophets. And ever is Allah, of all things, Knowing
Al-Ahzab 33:41
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱذۡكُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ ذِكۡرٗا كَثِيرٗا
Vous qui croyez ! Invoquez fréquemment le nom d’Allah.
O you who have believed, remember Allah with much remembrance
Al-Ahzab 33:42
وَسَبِّحُوهُ بُكۡرَةٗ وَأَصِيلًا
Célébrez Sa sainteté et Sa gloire matin et soir.
And exalt Him morning and afternoon
Al-Ahzab 33:43
هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُصَلِّي عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَمَلَـٰٓئِكَتُهُۥ لِيُخۡرِجَكُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِۚ وَكَانَ بِٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ رَحِيمٗا
C’est Lui qui répand Ses bénédictions sur vous, ainsi que Ses anges qui ne cessent de prier pour vous afin de vous tirer des ténèbres vers la lumière. Il est Très Miséricordieux envers les croyants
It is He who confers blessing upon you, and His angels [ask Him to do so] that He may bring you out from darknesses into the light. And ever is He, to the believers, Merciful
Al-Ahzab 33:44
تَحِيَّتُهُمۡ يَوۡمَ يَلۡقَوۡنَهُۥ سَلَٰمٞۚ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمۡ أَجۡرٗا كَرِيمٗا
qui, le Jour où ils Le rencontreront, seront accueillis par ces mots : « La paix soit avec vous », et auxquels Il a préparé une généreuse récompense.
Their greeting the Day they meet Him will be, "Peace." And He has prepared for them a noble reward
Al-Ahzab 33:45
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ شَٰهِدٗا وَمُبَشِّرٗا وَنَذِيرٗا
Prophète ! Nous t’avons envoyé aux hommes comme témoin, pour leur annoncer la bonne nouvelle et les mettre en garde,
O Prophet, indeed We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner
Al-Ahzab 33:46
وَدَاعِيًا إِلَى ٱللَّهِ بِإِذۡنِهِۦ وَسِرَاجٗا مُّنِيرٗا
mais aussi pour les appeler, selon Notre ordre, à adorer Allah seul et pour éclairer leur chemin.
And one who invites to Allah, by His permission, and an illuminating lamp
Al-Ahzab 33:47
وَبَشِّرِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ بِأَنَّ لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ فَضۡلٗا كَبِيرٗا
Annonce aux croyants que leur est réservée de la part d’Allah une immense faveur.
And give good tidings to the believers that they will have from Allah great bounty
Al-Ahzab 33:48
وَلَا تُطِعِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ وَٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ وَدَعۡ أَذَىٰهُمۡ وَتَوَكَّلۡ عَلَى ٱللَّهِۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِيلٗا
N’obéis ni aux mécréants, ni aux hypocrites. Ne réponds pas à leurs attaques. Place ta confiance en Allah qui est un protecteur amplement suffisant.
And do not obey the disbelievers and the hypocrites but do not harm them, and rely upon Allah. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs
Al-Ahzab 33:49
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِذَا نَكَحۡتُمُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ ثُمَّ طَلَّقۡتُمُوهُنَّ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن تَمَسُّوهُنَّ فَمَا لَكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِنَّ مِنۡ عِدَّةٖ تَعۡتَدُّونَهَاۖ فَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ وَسَرِّحُوهُنَّ سَرَاحٗا جَمِيلٗا
Vous qui croyez ! Si vous répudiez vos épouses croyantes avant d’avoir consommé le mariage, vous ne pouvez leur imposer de délai de viduité. Accordez-leur une indemnité et rendez-leur leur liberté en toute dignité.
O You who have believed, when you marry believing women and then divorce them before you have touched them, then there is not for you any waiting period to count concerning them. So provide for them and give them a gracious release
Al-Ahzab 33:50
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ إِنَّآ أَحۡلَلۡنَا لَكَ أَزۡوَٰجَكَ ٱلَّـٰتِيٓ ءَاتَيۡتَ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَمَا مَلَكَتۡ يَمِينُكَ مِمَّآ أَفَآءَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡكَ وَبَنَاتِ عَمِّكَ وَبَنَاتِ عَمَّـٰتِكَ وَبَنَاتِ خَالِكَ وَبَنَاتِ خَٰلَٰتِكَ ٱلَّـٰتِي هَاجَرۡنَ مَعَكَ وَٱمۡرَأَةٗ مُّؤۡمِنَةً إِن وَهَبَتۡ نَفۡسَهَا لِلنَّبِيِّ إِنۡ أَرَادَ ٱلنَّبِيُّ أَن يَسۡتَنكِحَهَا خَالِصَةٗ لَّكَ مِن دُونِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَۗ قَدۡ عَلِمۡنَا مَا فَرَضۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ فِيٓ أَزۡوَٰجِهِمۡ وَمَا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُهُمۡ لِكَيۡلَا يَكُونَ عَلَيۡكَ حَرَجٞۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورٗا رَّحِيمٗا
Prophète ! Nous te rendons licite toute femme que tu épouserais en lui remettant une dot, ainsi que les femmes parmi les esclaves qu’Allah t’a accordées, mais aussi les filles de tes oncles paternel et maternel, celles de tes tantes paternelles et maternelles, parmi celles qui ont émigré avec toi, de même que toute femme croyante qui s’offrirait en mariage et que tu désirerais prendre pour épouse, privilège que nul croyant ne partage avec toi. Nous te révélons cela afin que tu ne ressentes aucun embarras. Nous connaissons, en effet, les règles que Nous avons imposées aux hommes au sujet des femmes libres et des esclaves. Allah est Très Clément et Très Miséricordieux.
O Prophet, indeed We have made lawful to you your wives to whom you have given their due compensation and those your right hand possesses from what Allah has returned to you [of captives] and the daughters of your paternal uncles and the daughters of your paternal aunts and the daughters of your maternal uncles and the daughters of your maternal aunts who emigrated with you and a believing woman if she gives herself to the Prophet [and] if the Prophet wishes to marry her, [this is] only for you, excluding the [other] believers. We certainly know what We have made obligatory upon them concerning their wives and those their right hands possess, [but this is for you] in order that there will be upon you no discomfort. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful
Al-Ahzab 33:51
۞تُرۡجِي مَن تَشَآءُ مِنۡهُنَّ وَتُـٔۡوِيٓ إِلَيۡكَ مَن تَشَآءُۖ وَمَنِ ٱبۡتَغَيۡتَ مِمَّنۡ عَزَلۡتَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡكَۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَدۡنَىٰٓ أَن تَقَرَّ أَعۡيُنُهُنَّ وَلَا يَحۡزَنَّ وَيَرۡضَيۡنَ بِمَآ ءَاتَيۡتَهُنَّ كُلُّهُنَّۚ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ مَا فِي قُلُوبِكُمۡۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلِيمًا حَلِيمٗا
Libre à toi d’éloigner celles de tes épouses que tu voudras et de cohabiter avec celles que tu choisiras. Tu pourras également, sans commettre de péché, reprendre l’une de celles que tu auras écartées. Voilà qui sera plus à même de les réjouir et de les inciter à accepter sans tristesse ce que tu accorderas à chacune d’entre elles. Allah, Omniscient et Longanime, connaît parfaitement vos sentiments.
You, [O Muhammad], may put aside whom you will of them or take to yourself whom you will. And any that you desire of those [wives] from whom you had [temporarily] separated - there is no blame upon you [in returning her]. That is more suitable that they should be content and not grieve and that they should be satisfied with what you have given them - all of them. And Allah knows what is in your hearts. And ever is Allah Knowing and Forbearing
Al-Ahzab 33:52
لَّا يَحِلُّ لَكَ ٱلنِّسَآءُ مِنۢ بَعۡدُ وَلَآ أَن تَبَدَّلَ بِهِنَّ مِنۡ أَزۡوَٰجٖ وَلَوۡ أَعۡجَبَكَ حُسۡنُهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا مَلَكَتۡ يَمِينُكَۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ رَّقِيبٗا
Il ne t’est plus permis de prendre d’autres femmes, quand bien même celles-ci te plairaient - sauf parmi tes esclaves -, ni de remplacer celle que tu serais amené à répudier. Allah est le témoin vigilant de toute chose.
Not lawful to you, [O Muhammad], are [any additional] women after [this], nor [is it] for you to exchange them for [other] wives, even if their beauty were to please you, except what your right hand possesses. And ever is Allah, over all things, an Observer
Al-Ahzab 33:53
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تَدۡخُلُواْ بُيُوتَ ٱلنَّبِيِّ إِلَّآ أَن يُؤۡذَنَ لَكُمۡ إِلَىٰ طَعَامٍ غَيۡرَ نَٰظِرِينَ إِنَىٰهُ وَلَٰكِنۡ إِذَا دُعِيتُمۡ فَٱدۡخُلُواْ فَإِذَا طَعِمۡتُمۡ فَٱنتَشِرُواْ وَلَا مُسۡتَـٔۡنِسِينَ لِحَدِيثٍۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكُمۡ كَانَ يُؤۡذِي ٱلنَّبِيَّ فَيَسۡتَحۡيِۦ مِنكُمۡۖ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَسۡتَحۡيِۦ مِنَ ٱلۡحَقِّۚ وَإِذَا سَأَلۡتُمُوهُنَّ مَتَٰعٗا فَسۡـَٔلُوهُنَّ مِن وَرَآءِ حِجَابٖۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ أَطۡهَرُ لِقُلُوبِكُمۡ وَقُلُوبِهِنَّۚ وَمَا كَانَ لَكُمۡ أَن تُؤۡذُواْ رَسُولَ ٱللَّهِ وَلَآ أَن تَنكِحُوٓاْ أَزۡوَٰجَهُۥ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦٓ أَبَدًاۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكُمۡ كَانَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ عَظِيمًا
Vous qui croyez ! N’entrez dans les demeures du Prophète où vous avez été conviés à un repas qu’avec son autorisation. Et évitez de vous présenter avant l’heure. Si donc vous êtes invités, vous pouvez entrer, mais une fois le repas terminé, vous devez vous retirer sans vous engager dans d’interminables discussions. Un tel comportement gêne le Prophète qui, par pudeur, n’ose vous l’avouer. Allah, quant à Lui, ne s’embarrasse nullement de la vérité. Et lorsque vous demandez quelque chose aux épouses du prophète, qu’un voile vous sépare d’elles. Vos cœurs et les leurs n’en demeureront que plus purs. Il ne vous est pas permis d’offenser le Messager d’Allah, ni de prendre ses épouses pour femmes après sa mort. Ce serait, pour Allah, un grave péché.
O you who have believed, do not enter the houses of the Prophet except when you are permitted for a meal, without awaiting its readiness. But when you are invited, then enter; and when you have eaten, disperse without seeking to remain for conversation. Indeed, that [behavior] was troubling the Prophet, and he is shy of [dismissing] you. But Allah is not shy of the truth. And when you ask [his wives] for something, ask them from behind a partition. That is purer for your hearts and their hearts. And it is not [conceivable or lawful] for you to harm the Messenger of Allah or to marry his wives after him, ever. Indeed, that would be in the sight of Allah an enormity
Al-Ahzab 33:54
إِن تُبۡدُواْ شَيۡـًٔا أَوۡ تُخۡفُوهُ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٗا
Que vous révéliez vos intentions ou que vous les dissimuliez, Allah a une parfaite connaissance de toute chose.
Whether you reveal a thing or conceal it, indeed Allah is ever, of all things, Knowing
Al-Ahzab 33:55
لَّا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡهِنَّ فِيٓ ءَابَآئِهِنَّ وَلَآ أَبۡنَآئِهِنَّ وَلَآ إِخۡوَٰنِهِنَّ وَلَآ أَبۡنَآءِ إِخۡوَٰنِهِنَّ وَلَآ أَبۡنَآءِ أَخَوَٰتِهِنَّ وَلَا نِسَآئِهِنَّ وَلَا مَا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُهُنَّۗ وَٱتَّقِينَ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدًا
Les croyantes ne commettent aucun péché si elles paraissent non voilées devant leurs pères, leurs fils, leurs frères, leurs neveux, les autres femmes et leurs esclaves. Que les femmes craignent donc Allah qui est témoin de toute chose.
There is no blame upon women concerning their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their brothers' sons or their sisters' sons or their women or those their right hands possess. And fear Allah. Indeed Allah is ever, over all things, Witness
Al-Ahzab 33:56
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلَـٰٓئِكَتَهُۥ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِيِّۚ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ صَلُّواْ عَلَيۡهِ وَسَلِّمُواْ تَسۡلِيمًا
Allah et Ses anges bénissent le Prophète. Vous qui croyez ! Bénissez-le et saluez-le vous aussi !
Indeed, Allah confers blessing upon the Prophet, and His angels [ask Him to do so]. O you who have believed, ask [Allah to confer] blessing upon him and ask [Allah to grant him] peace
Al-Ahzab 33:57
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡذُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ لَعَنَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٗا مُّهِينٗا
Ceux qui offensent Allah et Son Messager sont maudits ici-bas et dans l’au-delà par Allah qui leur a préparé un châtiment humiliant.
Indeed, those who abuse Allah and His Messenger - Allah has cursed them in this world and the Hereafter and prepared for them a humiliating punishment
Al-Ahzab 33:58
وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡذُونَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ بِغَيۡرِ مَا ٱكۡتَسَبُواْ فَقَدِ ٱحۡتَمَلُواْ بُهۡتَٰنٗا وَإِثۡمٗا مُّبِينٗا
Ceux qui accusent injustement les croyants et les croyantes, en leur imputant ce dont ils sont innocents, se chargent d’une infâme calomnie et d’un péché flagrant.
And those who harm believing men and believing women for [something] other than what they have earned have certainly born upon themselves a slander and manifest sin
Al-Ahzab 33:59
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزۡوَٰجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَآءِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يُدۡنِينَ عَلَيۡهِنَّ مِن جَلَٰبِيبِهِنَّۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَدۡنَىٰٓ أَن يُعۡرَفۡنَ فَلَا يُؤۡذَيۡنَۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورٗا رَّحِيمٗا
Prophète ! Dis à tes épouses, à tes filles et aux croyantes de rabattre sur elles une partie de leur grand voile. Voilà le plus sûr moyen de se différencier des autres femmes et d’éviter d’être offensées. Allah est Très Clément et Très Miséricordieux.
O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful
Al-Ahzab 33:60
۞لَّئِن لَّمۡ يَنتَهِ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقُونَ وَٱلَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٞ وَٱلۡمُرۡجِفُونَ فِي ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ لَنُغۡرِيَنَّكَ بِهِمۡ ثُمَّ لَا يُجَاوِرُونَكَ فِيهَآ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا
Si les hypocrites, ceux dont les cœurs sont malades et ceux qui propagent des nouvelles alarmantes à Médine, ne mettent pas un terme à leurs agissements, Nous te pousserons à les attaquer, si bien que leur présence à tes côtés sera de courte durée.
If the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is disease and those who spread rumors in al-Madinah do not cease, We will surely incite you against them; then they will not remain your neighbors therein except for a little
Al-Ahzab 33:61
مَّلۡعُونِينَۖ أَيۡنَمَا ثُقِفُوٓاْ أُخِذُواْ وَقُتِّلُواْ تَقۡتِيلٗا
Maudits à jamais, ils seront capturés où qu’ils se trouvent et exécutés jusqu’au dernier.
Accursed wherever they are found, [being] seized and massacred completely
Al-Ahzab 33:62
سُنَّةَ ٱللَّهِ فِي ٱلَّذِينَ خَلَوۡاْ مِن قَبۡلُۖ وَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّةِ ٱللَّهِ تَبۡدِيلٗا
Telle est la règle immuable appliquée par Allah à leurs devanciers.
[This is] the established way of Allah with those who passed on before; and you will not find in the way of Allah any change
Al-Ahzab 33:63
يَسۡـَٔلُكَ ٱلنَّاسُ عَنِ ٱلسَّاعَةِۖ قُلۡ إِنَّمَا عِلۡمُهَا عِندَ ٱللَّهِۚ وَمَا يُدۡرِيكَ لَعَلَّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ تَكُونُ قَرِيبًا
A ceux qui t’interrogent au sujet de l’avènement de l’Heure, réponds : « Allah seul en a connaissance. » Qu’en sais-tu d’ailleurs ? L’avènement de l’Heure est peut-être imminent !
People ask you concerning the Hour. Say," Knowledge of it is only with Allah. And what may make you perceive? Perhaps the Hour is near
Al-Ahzab 33:64
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَعَنَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمۡ سَعِيرًا
Allah a maudit les mécréants auxquels Il a préparé un brasier ardent
Indeed, Allah has cursed the disbelievers and prepared for them a Blaze
Al-Ahzab 33:65
خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدٗاۖ لَّا يَجِدُونَ وَلِيّٗا وَلَا نَصِيرٗا
où ils demeureront à jamais sans trouver ni soutien, ni protecteur.
Abiding therein forever, they will not find a protector or a helper
Al-Ahzab 33:66
يَوۡمَ تُقَلَّبُ وُجُوهُهُمۡ فِي ٱلنَّارِ يَقُولُونَ يَٰلَيۡتَنَآ أَطَعۡنَا ٱللَّهَ وَأَطَعۡنَا ٱلرَّسُولَا۠
Le Jour où leurs visages seront tournés et retournés dans le Feu, ils s’écrieront de dépit : « Si seulement nous avions obéi à Allah et obéi au Messager ! »
The Day their faces will be turned about in the Fire, they will say, "How we wish we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger
Al-Ahzab 33:67
وَقَالُواْ رَبَّنَآ إِنَّآ أَطَعۡنَا سَادَتَنَا وَكُبَرَآءَنَا فَأَضَلُّونَا ٱلسَّبِيلَا۠
Ils diront encore : « Nous avons, Seigneur, obéi à nos chefs et à nos notables qui nous ont détournés du droit chemin.
And they will say, "Our Lord, indeed we obeyed our masters and our dignitaries, and they led us astray from the [right] way
Al-Ahzab 33:68
رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِهِمۡ ضِعۡفَيۡنِ مِنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ وَٱلۡعَنۡهُمۡ لَعۡنٗا كَبِيرٗا
Veuille, Seigneur, leur infliger un double châtiment et les priver totalement de Ta miséricorde ! »
Our Lord, give them double the punishment and curse them with a great curse
Al-Ahzab 33:69
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تَكُونُواْ كَٱلَّذِينَ ءَاذَوۡاْ مُوسَىٰ فَبَرَّأَهُ ٱللَّهُ مِمَّا قَالُواْۚ وَكَانَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَجِيهٗا
Vous qui croyez ! Ne vous comportez pas avec votre Messager comme ceux qui ont offensé Moïse qu’Allah a d’ailleurs lavé de leurs calomnies. Il jouissait en effet d’une grande considération auprès d’Allah.
O you who have believed, be not like those who abused Moses; then Allah cleared him of what they said. And he, in the sight of Allah, was distinguished
Al-Ahzab 33:70
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَقُولُواْ قَوۡلٗا سَدِيدٗا
Vous qui croyez ! Craignez Allah ! Tenez des propos justes !
O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice
Al-Ahzab 33:71
يُصۡلِحۡ لَكُمۡ أَعۡمَٰلَكُمۡ وَيَغۡفِرۡ لَكُمۡ ذُنُوبَكُمۡۗ وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَقَدۡ فَازَ فَوۡزًا عَظِيمًا
Il vous rendra vertueux et vous pardonnera vos péchés. Quiconque obéit à Allah et à Son Messager jouira d’une immense félicité.
He will [then] amend for you your deeds and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly attained a great attainment
Al-Ahzab 33:72
إِنَّا عَرَضۡنَا ٱلۡأَمَانَةَ عَلَى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱلۡجِبَالِ فَأَبَيۡنَ أَن يَحۡمِلۡنَهَا وَأَشۡفَقۡنَ مِنۡهَا وَحَمَلَهَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ ظَلُومٗا جَهُولٗا
Nous avons proposé aux cieux, à la terre et aux montagnes d’assumer la grande responsabilité qu’ils ont déclinée par crainte de ne pouvoir l’assumer, contrairement à l’homme qui, par ignorance, l’a acceptée, se montrant injuste envers lui-même.
Indeed, we offered the Trust to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, and they declined to bear it and feared it; but man [undertook to] bear it. Indeed, he was unjust and ignorant
Al-Ahzab 33:73
لِّيُعَذِّبَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ وَٱلۡمُنَٰفِقَٰتِ وَٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ وَٱلۡمُشۡرِكَٰتِ وَيَتُوبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورٗا رَّحِيمَۢا
Allah châtiera ainsi les hypocrites, hommes et femmes, et les idolâtres, hommes et femmes, et pardonnera aux croyants et aux croyantes. Allah est Très Clément et Très Miséricordieux.
[It was] so that Allah may punish the hypocrite men and hypocrite women and the men and women who associate others with Him and that Allah may accept repentance from the believing men and believing women. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful
