Koran 70:40 — soera Al-Ma'arij, vers 40

فَلَآ أُقۡسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡمَشَٰرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغَٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَٰدِرُونَ

Dus ik zweer bij de Heer van het oosten en in het westen, dat Wij zeker in staat zijn –

So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able
