Coran 9:58 — sourate At-Tawbah, verset 58

وَمِنۡهُم مَّن يَلۡمِزُكَ فِي ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِ فَإِنۡ أُعۡطُواْ مِنۡهَا رَضُواْ وَإِن لَّمۡ يُعۡطَوۡاْ مِنۡهَآ إِذَا هُمۡ يَسۡخَطُونَ

Certains, parmi eux, te critiquent ouvertement au sujet du partage de l’aumône. Satisfaits, s’ils en reçoivent une bonne part, ils expriment leur colère dans le cas contraire.

And among them are some who criticize you concerning the [distribution of] charities. If they are given from them, they approve; but if they are not given from them, at once they become angry

• Noor International Center (fr): Parmi eux, il en est qui te décrient au sujet des charités (sadaqât). Ils sont contents s’il leur en est donné ; s’ils n’en reçoivent rien, ils sont alors furieux.
• Hilali & Khan: And of them are some who accuse you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) in the matter of (the distribution of) the alms. If they are given part thereof, they are pleased, but if they are not given thereof, behold! They are enraged!
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): There are some among them who criticize you [O Prophet] concerning alms; if they are given something thereof, they are pleased, but if they are not given, they are enraged.

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 9:58

Ô Messager, certains hypocrites désapprouvent le partage qui est fait des aumônes lorsqu’ils n’obtiennent pas ce qu’ils veulent. Quand tu leur donnes ce qu’ils veulent, ils sont satisfaits du partage et quand tu ne leur donnes pas ce qu’ils veulent, ils protestent.
