Coran 70:17 — sourate Al-Ma'arij, verset 17

تَدۡعُواْ مَنۡ أَدۡبَرَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ

et appellera quiconque aura tourné le dos à la vérité

It invites he who turned his back [on truth] and went away [from obedience]
