Coran 7:77 — sourate Al-A'raf, verset 77

فَعَقَرُواْ ٱلنَّاقَةَ وَعَتَوۡاْ عَنۡ أَمۡرِ رَبِّهِمۡ وَقَالُواْ يَٰصَٰلِحُ ٱئۡتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَآ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

Transgressant fièrement les ordres de leur Seigneur, ils tuèrent la chamelle avant de dire : « Sâlih ! Exécute à présent tes menaces, si tu es vraiment un Messager ! »

So they hamstrung the she-camel and were insolent toward the command of their Lord and said, "O Salih, bring us what you promise us, if you should be of the messengers

• Noor International Center (fr): Puis ils tuèrent la chamelle, enfreignant ainsi le commandement de leur Seigneur, et dirent : « Ô Çâlih ! Fais donc qu’il nous arrive ce dont tu nous menaces, si tu es du nombre des Envoyés ! »
• Hilali & Khan: So they killed the she-camel and insolently defied the Commandment of their Lord, and said: "O Sâlih! Bring about your threats if you are indeed one of the Messengers (of Allâh)."
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): Then they killed the she-camel and defied their Lord’s command, and said, “O Sālih, bring us what you are threatening us if you are indeed one of the messengers.”

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 7:77

Faisant fi de l’ordre d’Allah, ils immolèrent la chamelle qu'il leur avait été défendu de toucher, et dirent en raillant ce dont les menaça Şâliħ et en en excluant la possibilité: Ô Şâliħ, où est le châtiment qui nous était promis si tu es véritablement un messager d’Allah?
