Coran 52:47 — sourate At-Tur, verset 47

وَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ عَذَابٗا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ

Les mécréants se verront infliger un premier châtiment, mais la plupart d’entre eux n’en sont pas conscients.

And indeed, for those who have wronged is a punishment before that, but most of them do not know

• Noor International Center (fr): Ceux qui auront commis des injustices auront (à subir) un supplice avancé, mais la plupart d’entre eux ne le savent pas.
• Hilali & Khan: And verily, for those who do wrong, there is another punishment (i.e. the torment in this world and in their graves) before this; but most of them know not. (Tafsir At-Tabarî).
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): And for the wrongdoers, there will be another punishment before that, but most of them do not know.

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 52:47

Ceux qui, par leur mécréance et leurs péchés, auront été injustes envers eux-mêmes subiront, avant le châtiment de l’au-delà, un châtiment dans le bas monde, où ils seront tués ou capturés, et dans le monde intermédiaire, c’est-à-dire le supplice de la tombe. Seulement, la plupart ne savent pas cela et restent attachés à la mécréance.
