Coran 40:7 — sourate Ghafir, verset 7

ٱلَّذِينَ يَحۡمِلُونَ ٱلۡعَرۡشَ وَمَنۡ حَوۡلَهُۥ يُسَبِّحُونَ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّهِمۡ وَيُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦ وَيَسۡتَغۡفِرُونَ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْۖ رَبَّنَا وَسِعۡتَ كُلَّ شَيۡءٖ رَّحۡمَةٗ وَعِلۡمٗا فَٱغۡفِرۡ لِلَّذِينَ تَابُواْ وَٱتَّبَعُواْ سَبِيلَكَ وَقِهِمۡ عَذَابَ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ

Ceux qui portent le Trône et ceux qui se tiennent autour, parmi les anges, célèbrent par les louanges la gloire de leur Seigneur en qui ils proclament leur foi et implorent Son pardon pour les croyants, disant : « Seigneur ! Toi dont la miséricorde s’étend à toutes les créatures et la science embrasse toute chose, veuille pardonner à ceux qui se repentent et suivent Ta voie, les préserver du châtiment du Brasier

Those [angels] who carry the Throne and those around it exalt [Allah] with praise of their Lord and believe in Him and ask forgiveness for those who have believed, [saying], "Our Lord, You have encompassed all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who have repented and followed Your way and protect them from the punishment of Hellfire

• Noor International Center (fr): Ceux qui portent le Trône et qui se tiennent tout autour, rendent gloire à leur Seigneur en célébrant Ses louanges. Ils croient en Lui et implorent Son pardon pour ceux qui ont la foi : « Seigneur, Tu embrasses Toute chose par Ta miséricorde et par Ta science. Pardonne donc à ceux qui se sont repentis et ont suivi Ton chemin ! Et veuille les préserver du supplice de la Fournaise.
• Hilali & Khan: Those (angels) who bear the Throne (of Allâh) and those around it glorify the praises of their Lord, and believe in Him, and ask forgiveness for those who believe (in the Oneness of Allâh) (saying): "Our Lord! You comprehend all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who repent and follow Your Way, and save them from the torment of the blazing Fire!

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 40:7

Ô Messager, les anges qui portent le Trône de ton Seigneur et qui L’entourent, nient ce qui ne sied pas à Allah, croient en Lui et implorent Son pardon en faveur de ceux qui croient en Lui en disant: Ô notre Seigneur, Ta connaissance et Ta miséricorde s’étendent à toute chose. Pardonne donc à ceux qui se sont repentis de leurs péchés et ont suivi Ta religion et préserve-les du Feu.
