Koran 40:18 — Sure Ghafir, Vers 18

وَأَنذِرۡهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡأٓزِفَةِ إِذِ ٱلۡقُلُوبُ لَدَى ٱلۡحَنَاجِرِ كَٰظِمِينَۚ مَا لِلظَّـٰلِمِينَ مِنۡ حَمِيمٖ وَلَا شَفِيعٖ يُطَاعُ

Und warne sie vor dem Tag der immer näher kommenden (Stunde des Gerichts), an dem die Herzen (vor Angst) in der Kehle sitzen und sie unterdrücken (ihren Grimm), an dem die Ungerechten weder einen warmherzigen Freund noch einen Fürsprecher haben, dem man gehorchen würde.

And warn them, [O Muhammad], of the Approaching Day, when hearts are at the throats, filled [with distress]. For the wrongdoers there will be no devoted friend and no intercessor [who is] obeyed

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): Und warne sie vor dem Tag der immer näher kommenden (Stunde des Gerichts), an dem die Herzen (vor Angst) in den Kehlen sitzen und sie unterdrücken (ihren Grimm), an dem die Ungerechten weder einen warmherzigen Freund noch einen Fürsprecher haben, dem man gehorchen würde.
• Hilali & Khan: And warn them (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) of the Day that is drawing near (i.e. the Day of Resurrection), when the hearts will be choking the throats, and they can neither return them (hearts) to their chests nor can they throw them out. There will be no friend, nor an intercessor for the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers), who could be given heed to.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): Warn them of the approaching Day, when hearts will be at the throats, full of distress. The wrongdoers will have no close friend or intercessor whose word may be heeded.
