Koran 24:8 — Sure An-Nur, Vers 8

وَيَدۡرَؤُاْ عَنۡهَا ٱلۡعَذَابَ أَن تَشۡهَدَ أَرۡبَعَ شَهَٰدَٰتِۭ بِٱللَّهِ إِنَّهُۥ لَمِنَ ٱلۡكَٰذِبِينَ

Und es wehrt von ihr die Strafe ab, daß sie viermal bei Allah bezeugt, er gehöre wahrlich zu den Lügnern,

But it will prevent punishment from her if she gives four testimonies [swearing] by Allah that indeed, he is of the liars

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): Und es wehrt von ihr die Strafe ab, wenn sie viermal bei Allah bezeugt, er gehöre gewiss zu den Lügnern.
• Hilali & Khan: But it shall avert the punishment (of stoning to death) from her, if she bears witness four times by Allâh, that he (her husband) is telling a lie.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): But she will be spared the punishment if she testifies four times by Allah that he is telling a lie,
