Quran 96:15 — Surah Al-'Alaq, ayah 15
كَلَّا لَئِن لَّمۡ يَنتَهِ لَنَسۡفَعَۢا بِٱلنَّاصِيَةِ
No! If he does not desist, We will surely drag him by the forelock
