Quran 83:29 — Surah Al-Mutaffifin, ayah 29
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجۡرَمُواْ كَانُواْ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ يَضۡحَكُونَ
Indeed, those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed
