ذِي قُوَّةٍ عِندَ ذِي ٱلۡعَرۡشِ مَكِينٖ

Eigenaar van macht en een hoge status bij de Heer van de troon.

[Who is] possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure [in position]
