Koran 8:56 — soera Al-Anfal, vers 56

ٱلَّذِينَ عَٰهَدتَّ مِنۡهُمۡ ثُمَّ يَنقُضُونَ عَهۡدَهُمۡ فِي كُلِّ مَرَّةٖ وَهُمۡ لَا يَتَّقُونَ

Zij zijn degenen met wie jij een verbond afgesloten hebt, maar zij verbraken het verbond steeds weer en zij vreesden Allah niet.

The ones with whom you made a treaty but then they break their pledge every time, and they do not fear Allah
