Koran 7:8 — soera Al-A'raf, vers 8

وَٱلۡوَزۡنُ يَوۡمَئِذٍ ٱلۡحَقُّۚ فَمَن ثَقُلَتۡ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُفۡلِحُونَ

En het afwegen (van de daden) op de Dag (van de Afrekening) zal de werkelijke (balans) aangeven. De (ware) overwinnaars zijn zij van wie de weegschaal (met hasanaat, goede daden) zwaarder (door)weegt.

And the weighing [of deeds] that Day will be the truth. So those whose scales are heavy - it is they who will be the successful

• Hilali & Khan: And the weighing on that day (Day of Resurrection) will be the true (weighing). So as for those whose scale (of good deeds) will be heavy, they will be the successful (by entering Paradise).
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): The weighing [of deeds] on that Day will be true and just. Those whose scales [of good deeds] are heavy, it is they who will be successful.
