Koran 42:34 — soera Ash-Shuraa, vers 34

أَوۡ يُوبِقۡهُنَّ بِمَا كَسَبُواْ وَيَعۡفُ عَن كَثِيرٖ

Of Hij kan hen vernietigen, vanwege wat hun (volk) verdiend heeft. En Hij vergeeft veel.

Or He could destroy them for what they earned; but He pardons much
