Koran 42:18 — soera Ash-Shuraa, vers 18

يَسۡتَعۡجِلُ بِهَا ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهَاۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مُشۡفِقُونَ مِنۡهَا وَيَعۡلَمُونَ أَنَّهَا ٱلۡحَقُّۗ أَلَآ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُمَارُونَ فِي ٱلسَّاعَةِ لَفِي ضَلَٰلِۭ بَعِيدٍ

Degenen die daar niet in geloven proberen het te bespoedigen, terwijl degenen die geloven het vrezen, en weten dat het de hele waarheid is. Waarlijk, degenen die over het Uur redetwisten verkeren zeker in een ver afgelegen dwaling.

Those who do not believe in it are impatient for it, but those who believe are fearful of it and know that it is the truth. Unquestionably, those who dispute concerning the Hour are in extreme error
