Koran 4:63 — soera An-Nisa, vers 63

أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَعۡلَمُ ٱللَّهُ مَا فِي قُلُوبِهِمۡ فَأَعۡرِضۡ عَنۡهُمۡ وَعِظۡهُمۡ وَقُل لَّهُمۡ فِيٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ قَوۡلَۢا بَلِيغٗا

Dat zijn degenen waarvan Allah weet wat in hun harten is; keer je dus van hen af en waarschuw hen en spreek tegen hen in doeltreffende woorden om hun binnenste te treffen.

Those are the ones of whom Allah knows what is in their hearts, so turn away from them but admonish them and speak to them a far-reaching word
