Koran 31:29 — soera Luqman, vers 29

أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُولِجُ ٱلَّيۡلَ فِي ٱلنَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فِي ٱلَّيۡلِ وَسَخَّرَ ٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَۖ كُلّٞ يَجۡرِيٓ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ مُّسَمّٗى وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرٞ

Zie je dan niet dat Allah de nacht laat opgaan in de dag, en de dag laat opgaan in de nacht en de zon en de maan voor jullie dienstbaar gemaakt heeft, die ieder hun koers vervolgen in een aangewezen tijd, onderworpen heeft, en dat Allah weet wat jullie doen (dus vrees hem dan).

Do you not see that Allah causes the night to enter the day and causes the day to enter the night and has subjected the sun and the moon, each running [its course] for a specified term, and that Allah, with whatever you do, is Acquainted
