Koran 30:8 — soera Ar-Rum, vers 8

أَوَلَمۡ يَتَفَكَّرُواْ فِيٓ أَنفُسِهِمۗ مَّا خَلَقَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَأَجَلٖ مُّسَمّٗىۗ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرٗا مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِ بِلِقَآيِٕ رَبِّهِمۡ لَكَٰفِرُونَ

Denken zij dan niet diep na over zichzelf? Allah heeft de hemelen en de aarde en alles wat daar tussen is niet anders geschapen dan met de waarheid en voor een aangewezen termijn. En voorwaar, velen van de mensheid ontkennen de ontmoeting met hun Heer.

Do they not contemplate within themselves? Allah has not created the heavens and the earth and what is between them except in truth and for a specified term. And indeed, many of the people, in [the matter of] the meeting with their Lord, are disbelievers
