Koran 3:162 — soera Ali 'Imran, vers 162

أَفَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ رِضۡوَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ كَمَنۢ بَآءَ بِسَخَطٖ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَمَأۡوَىٰهُ جَهَنَّمُۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ

Is dan degene die de tevredenheid van Allah volgt, gelijk aan degene die de toorn van Allah over zichzelf uitroept – zijn woonplaats is de hel - en dat is zeker de slechtste bestemming!

So is one who pursues the pleasure of Allah like one who brings upon himself the anger of Allah and whose refuge is Hell? And wretched is the destination

• Rowwad Translation Center (en): Is the one who seeks Allah’s pleasure like someone who incurs Allah’s wrath, and whose abode is Hell? What a terrible destination!
