Koran 25:63 — soera Al-Furqan, vers 63

وَعِبَادُ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَمۡشُونَ عَلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ هَوۡنٗا وَإِذَا خَاطَبَهُمُ ٱلۡجَٰهِلُونَ قَالُواْ سَلَٰمٗا

En de slaven van de Barmhartige zijn degenen die nederig en kalm over de aarde lopen, en als de onwetenden hen aanspreken antwoorden zij met "Salaam" (met milde woorden of vriendelijkheid).

And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth easily, and when the ignorant address them [harshly], they say [words of] peace
