Koran 25:44 — soera Al-Furqan, vers 44

أَمۡ تَحۡسَبُ أَنَّ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ يَسۡمَعُونَ أَوۡ يَعۡقِلُونَۚ إِنۡ هُمۡ إِلَّا كَٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ بَلۡ هُمۡ أَضَلُّ سَبِيلًا

Of denk je dat de meesten van hen kunnen horen of begrijpen? Zij zijn als vee; - nee, zij zijn veel verder afgedwaald van het pad.

Or do you think that most of them hear or reason? They are not except like livestock. Rather, they are [even] more astray in [their] way
