Koran 24:48 — soera An-Nur, vers 48

وَإِذَا دُعُوٓاْ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ لِيَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَهُمۡ إِذَا فَرِيقٞ مِّنۡهُم مُّعۡرِضُونَ

En als zij tot Allah en Zijn Boodschapper worden uitgenodigd om tussen hen te oordelen dan wendt een groep van hen zich af (dit is de hoofdeigenschap van de huichelaars, het niet accepteren van de Shari'ah van Allah, dus de wetten).

And when they are called to [the words of] Allah and His Messenger to judge between them, at once a party of them turns aside [in refusal]
