Koran 22:47 — soera Al-Hajj, vers 47

وَيَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَكَ بِٱلۡعَذَابِ وَلَن يُخۡلِفَ ٱللَّهُ وَعۡدَهُۥۚ وَإِنَّ يَوۡمًا عِندَ رَبِّكَ كَأَلۡفِ سَنَةٖ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ

En zij vragen jullie om de bestraffing te bespoedigen! En Allah is niet nalatig in Zijn belofte. En waarlijk, een dag met jullie Heer is als duizend jaren van jullie berekening.

And they urge you to hasten the punishment. But Allah will never fail in His promise. And indeed, a day with your Lord is like a thousand years of those which you count
