Koran 2:278 — soera Al-Baqarah, vers 278

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَذَرُواْ مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ ٱلرِّبَوٰٓاْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ

O, jullie die geloven. Vrees Allah en geef op wat overblijft van de rente, als jullie ware gelovigen zijn!

O you who have believed, fear Allah and give up what remains [due to you] of interest, if you should be believers

• Hilali & Khan: O you who believe! Be afraid of Allâh and give up what remains (due to you) from Ribâ (usury) (from now onward), if you are (really) believers.
