Coran 90:2 — sourate Al-Balad, verset 2

وَأَنتَ حِلُّۢ بِهَٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدِ

où tu pourras agir en toute liberté !

And you, [O Muhammad], are free of restriction in this city
