Coran 9:79 — sourate At-Tawbah, verset 79

ٱلَّذِينَ يَلۡمِزُونَ ٱلۡمُطَّوِّعِينَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ فِي ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِ وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ إِلَّا جُهۡدَهُمۡ فَيَسۡخَرُونَ مِنۡهُمۡ سَخِرَ ٱللَّهُ مِنۡهُمۡ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

Que ceux qui critiquent les croyants qui font volontairement l’aumône et se moquent de ceux qui font la charité selon leurs faibles moyens, sachent qu’Allah répondra à leurs moqueries et les soumettra à un douloureux châtiment.

Those who criticize the contributors among the believers concerning [their] charities and [criticize] the ones who find nothing [to spend] except their effort, so they ridicule them - Allah will ridicule them, and they will have a painful punishment

• Noor International Center (fr): Ceux qui dénigrent aussi bien les croyants qui font volontairement de généreuses aumônes que ceux qui n’en font que dans les limites de leurs faibles moyens et se moquent d’eux, Allah Se moquera d’eux et ils auront un supplice très douloureux.
• Hilali & Khan: Those who defame such of the believers who give charity (in Allâh’s Cause) voluntarily, and such who could not find to give charity (in Allâh’s Cause) except what is available to them - so they mock at them (believers); Allâh will throw back their mockery on them, and they shall have a painful torment.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): Those who disparage the believers who give charity voluntarily and ridicule those who find nothing to give but their own toil. Allah will ridicule them, and for them there will be a painful punishment.

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 9:79

Ceux qui critiquent et raillent les musulmans qui font des aumônes volontaires modestes, en raison de leurs moyens limités, disant « En quoi leurs aumônes sont-elles bénéfiques? », qu’ils sachent que c’est Allah qui les raille en retour de leur raillerie et ils seront soumis à un châtiment douloureux.
