Coran 70:11 — sourate Al-Ma'arij, verset 11

يُبَصَّرُونَهُمۡۚ يَوَدُّ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُ لَوۡ يَفۡتَدِي مِنۡ عَذَابِ يَوۡمِئِذِۭ بِبَنِيهِ

que pourtant il verra et reconnaîtra parfaitement. Le mécréant sera même disposé, pour éviter le châtiment de ce Jour, à livrer ses propres enfants,

They will be shown each other. The criminal will wish that he could be ransomed from the punishment of that Day by his children

Autres traductions 70:11

• Noor International Center (fr): bien que se voyant l’un l’autre. Et pour se racheter du supplice, le criminel voudrait, ce jour-là, livrer en rançon ses propres enfants,
• Hilali & Khan: Though they shall be made to see one another [(i.e. on the Day of Resurrection), there will be none but see his father, children and relatives, but he will neither speak to them nor will ask them for any help]. The Mujrim, (criminal, sinner, disbeliever) would desire to ransom himself from the punishment of that Day by his children,
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): even though they will see one another. The wicked will wish he could ransom himself from the punishment of that Day by offering his children,

Chaque être humain verra distinctement ses proches et pourtant, il ne les questionnera pas tellement la situation sera terrible. Celui qui mérite d’être châtié par le Feu, souhaitera que soient châtiés à sa place ses enfants,
