Coran 7:22 — sourate Al-A'raf, verset 22

فَدَلَّىٰهُمَا بِغُرُورٖۚ فَلَمَّا ذَاقَا ٱلشَّجَرَةَ بَدَتۡ لَهُمَا سَوۡءَٰتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخۡصِفَانِ عَلَيۡهِمَا مِن وَرَقِ ٱلۡجَنَّةِۖ وَنَادَىٰهُمَا رَبُّهُمَآ أَلَمۡ أَنۡهَكُمَا عَن تِلۡكُمَا ٱلشَّجَرَةِ وَأَقُل لَّكُمَآ إِنَّ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنَ لَكُمَا عَدُوّٞ مُّبِينٞ

Ils furent donc séduits par Satan qui provoqua leur chute. Ayant mangé des fruits de l’arbre défendu, ils virent apparaître leur nudité qu’ils se mirent à couvrir avec les feuilles du Paradis. Leur Seigneur les interpela : « Ne vous avais-Je pas interdit cet arbre et avertis que Satan était votre ennemi déclaré ? »

So he made them fall, through deception. And when they tasted of the tree, their private parts became apparent to them, and they began to fasten together over themselves from the leaves of Paradise. And their Lord called to them, "Did I not forbid you from that tree and tell you that Satan is to you a clear enemy

• Noor International Center (fr): Il les fit choir par ruse. Et quand ils eurent goûté (aux fruits) de l’arbre, leur nudité à tous deux leur apparut. Ils se précipitèrent alors pour la couvrir en y attachant des feuilles du Paradis. Leur Seigneur les appela : « Ne vous ai-Je pas défendu à tous deux cet arbre ? Ne vous ai-Je point dit que Satan est pour vous un ennemi déclaré ? »
• Hilali & Khan: So he misled them with deception. Then when they tasted of the tree, that which was hidden from them of their shame (private parts) became manifest to them and they began to cover themselves with the leaves of Paradise (in order to cover their shame). And their Lord called out to them (saying): "Did I not forbid you that tree and tell you: Verily, Shaitân (Satan) is an open enemy unto you?"
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): So he deluded them both with deception. When they tasted of the tree, their private parts became visible to them, so they began to put together leaves of the Garden to cover themselves. Their Lord called them, “Did I not forbid you from that tree and tell you that Satan is your sworn enemy?”

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 7:22

Sa malignité et sa tromperie les firent choir du rang qui était le leur. Lorsqu’ils mangèrent de l’arbre qui leur était défendu, leur nudité leur apparut et se mirent alors à la cacher derrière des feuilles du Paradis. Leur Seigneur les appela en disant: Ne vous ai-Je pas défendu de manger des fruits de cet arbre et ne vous ai-Je pas averti que Satan était votre ennemi déclaré?
