Coran 48:22 — sourate Al-Fath, verset 22

وَلَوۡ قَٰتَلَكُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوَلَّوُاْ ٱلۡأَدۡبَٰرَ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُونَ وَلِيّٗا وَلَا نَصِيرٗا

Si les impies vous avaient livré bataille, ils auraient tourné le dos sans trouver, ensuite, ni allié, ni protecteur.

And if those [Makkans] who disbelieve had fought you, they would have turned their backs [in flight]. Then they would not find a protector or a helper

• Noor International Center (fr): Si ceux qui ont mécru vous combattaient, ils feraient vite de battre en retraite, et ne trouveraient ni allié ni soutien.
• Hilali & Khan: And if those who disbelieve fight against you, they certainly would have turned their backs; then they would have found neither a Walî (protector, guardian) nor a helper.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): If the disbelievers were to fight you, they would surely turn their backs, then they would not have any protector or helper.

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 48:22

Ô croyant, si ceux qui mécroient en Allah et en Son Messager vous combattaient, ils vous fuiraient rapidement et ne trouveraient aucun allié afin de les prendre sous son aile ni de secoureur leur donnant la force de vous combattre.
