Coran 32:5 — sourate As-Sajdah, verset 5

يُدَبِّرُ ٱلۡأَمۡرَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ثُمَّ يَعۡرُجُ إِلَيۡهِ فِي يَوۡمٖ كَانَ مِقۡدَارُهُۥٓ أَلۡفَ سَنَةٖ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ

Ses commandements descendent du ciel jusqu’à la terre avant de remonter vers Lui en un jour équivalant à mille ans selon votre manière de compter.

He arranges [each] matter from the heaven to the earth; then it will ascend to Him in a Day, the extent of which is a thousand years of those which you count

• Noor International Center (fr): Il gère toutes les affaires, depuis le ciel jusqu’à la terre. Puis tout remonte vers Lui en un jour dont la durée équivaut à mille ans selon vos calculs.
• Hilali & Khan: He manages and regulates (every) affair from the heavens to the earth; then it (affair) will go up to Him, in one Day, the space whereof is a thousand years of your reckoning (i.e. reckoning of our present world’s time).
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): He manages every matter from the heaven to the earth, then everything ascends to Him on a Day the length of which is a thousand years by your reckoning.

Allah gère le sort de toutes les créatures dans les Cieux et sur la Terre puis, ô gens, tout ce qui a trait à eux remonte vers Lui en un jour dont la durée équivaut à mille des années du bas monde.
