Coran 3:72 — sourate Ali 'Imran, verset 72

وَقَالَت طَّآئِفَةٞ مِّنۡ أَهۡلِ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ ءَامِنُواْ بِٱلَّذِيٓ أُنزِلَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَجۡهَ ٱلنَّهَارِ وَٱكۡفُرُوٓاْ ءَاخِرَهُۥ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَرۡجِعُونَ

Une partie des gens du Livre affirme : « Feignez de croire, au début de la journée, à la révélation reçue par les musulmans, puis reniez-la le soir venu afin qu’ils reviennent sur leur adhésion à l’islam.

And a faction of the People of the Scripture say [to each other], "Believe in that which was revealed to the believers at the beginning of the day and reject it at its end that perhaps they will abandon their religion

• Hilali & Khan: And a party of the people of the Scripture say: "Believe in the morning in that which is revealed to the believers (Muslims), and reject it at the end of the day, so that they may turn back.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): A faction of the People of the Book says, “Believe in what has been sent down to the believers in the morning and reject it in the evening, so that they may return [from their faith].

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 3:72

Un groupe de savants juifs dit: Croyez en apparence au Coran révélé aux croyants en début de journée et mécroyez en fin de journée, cela les fera douter de leur religion. Ils réagiront alors en disant: Ils connaissent mieux que nous les livres d’Allah et voici qu’ils se rétractent de leur foi.
