Coran 25:55 — sourate Al-Furqan, verset 55

وَيَعۡبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا يَنفَعُهُمۡ وَلَا يَضُرُّهُمۡۗ وَكَانَ ٱلۡكَافِرُ عَلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ ظَهِيرٗا

Ils adorent pourtant en dehors d’Allah des divinités qui ne peuvent ni leur nuire, ni leur être d’aucune utilité. L’impie se fait toujours l’allié de l’ennemi de son Seigneur.

But they worship rather than Allah that which does not benefit them or harm them, and the disbeliever is ever, against his Lord, an assistant [to Satan]

• Hilali & Khan: And they (disbelievers, polytheists) worship besides Allâh that which can neither profit them nor harm them; and the disbeliever is ever a helper (of the Satan) against his Lord.

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 25:55

Les mécréants adorent en dehors d’Allah des idoles qui ne leur sont utiles en rien s’ils leur obéissent ni ne leur nuisent lorsqu’ils leur désobéissent. Le mécréant est assurément le disciple de Satan et lui obéit lorsqu’il s’agit de provoquer la colère d’Allah.
