Coran 2:201 — sourate Al-Baqarah, verset 201

وَمِنۡهُم مَّن يَقُولُ رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا حَسَنَةٗ وَفِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ حَسَنَةٗ وَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ

Et il en est qui implorent : « Seigneur ! Accorde-nous bonheur ici-bas et félicité dans l’au-delà, et préserve-nous du châtiment de l’Enfer ! »

But among them is he who says, "Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire

• Noor International Center (fr): Et il en est qui disent : « Seigneur ! Puisses-Tu nous accorder un bienfait en ce bas monde et un bienfait dans l’autre monde, et nous préserver du supplice du Feu ! »
• Hilali & Khan: And of them there are some who say: "Our Lord! Give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and save us from the torment of the Fire!"

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 2:201

D’autres croient en Allah et au Jour Dernier. Ils demandent donc à leur Seigneur les délices de ce bas monde et l’occasion d’y œuvrer pieusement. Ils Lui demandent également d’entrer au Paradis et de ne pas subir le supplice du Feu.
