Coran 2:123 — sourate Al-Baqarah, verset 123

وَٱتَّقُواْ يَوۡمٗا لَّا تَجۡزِي نَفۡسٌ عَن نَّفۡسٖ شَيۡـٔٗا وَلَا يُقۡبَلُ مِنۡهَا عَدۡلٞ وَلَا تَنفَعُهَا شَفَٰعَةٞ وَلَا هُمۡ يُنصَرُونَ

Craignez le Jour où nul ne pourra rien pour son prochain, où nul ne pourra racheter son âme, nulle intercession ne sera acceptée sans l’autorisation d’Allah et nul ne pourra être sauvé s’il meurt dans l’impiété.

And fear a Day when no soul will suffice for another soul at all, and no compensation will be accepted from it, nor will any intercession benefit it, nor will they be aided

• Noor International Center (fr): Et craignez le jour où aucune âme ne rachètera de rien une autre âme ; où il n’en sera accepté aucune compensation ; où aucune intercession ne lui sera utile. Et ils n’auront aucun secours.
• Hilali & Khan: And fear the Day (of Judgement) when no person shall avail another, nor shall compensation be accepted from him, nor shall intercession be of use to him, nor shall they be helped.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): And beware of the Day when no one will avail another in any way; no compensation will be accepted, and no intercession will benefit it, nor will they be helped.

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 2:123

Prémunissez-vous contre le châtiment du Jour de la Résurrection en obéissant aux ordres d’Allah et en vous abstenant de commettre Ses interdits car aucune âme ne sera utile à une autre ce jour-là et aucune compensation ni intercession ne sera acceptée, et ce quelle que soit le rang qu’ait l’intercesseur. Il n’y aura ce jour-là aucun autre secoureur qu’Allah.
