Koran 90:2 — Sure Al-Balad, Vers 2

وَأَنتَ حِلُّۢ بِهَٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدِ

-, wo du in dieser Ortschaft deinen Aufenthalt hast,

And you, [O Muhammad], are free of restriction in this city
