Koran 89:26 — Sure Al-Fajr, Vers 26

وَلَا يُوثِقُ وَثَاقَهُۥٓ أَحَدٞ

und niemand wird fesseln, so wie Er fesselt.

And none will bind [as severely] as His binding [of the evildoers]
