Koran 84:20 — Sure Al-Inshiqaq, Vers 20

فَمَا لَهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

Was ist denn mit ihnen, daß sie nicht glauben

So what is [the matter] with them [that] they do not believe
