Koran 7:123 — Sure Al-A'raf, Vers 123

قَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ ءَامَنتُم بِهِۦ قَبۡلَ أَنۡ ءَاذَنَ لَكُمۡۖ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَمَكۡرٞ مَّكَرۡتُمُوهُ فِي ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ لِتُخۡرِجُواْ مِنۡهَآ أَهۡلَهَاۖ فَسَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ

Fir’aun sagte: Ihr glaubt an Ihn, bevor ich es euch erlaube? Das sind wahrlich Ränke, die ihr in der Stadt geschmiedet habt, um ihre Bewohner daraus zu vertreiben. Aber ihr werdet (es noch) erfahren.

Said Pharaoh, "You believed in him before I gave you permission. Indeed, this is a conspiracy which you conspired in the city to expel therefrom its people. But you are going to know

• Rowwad Translation Center (en): Pharaoh said, “How dare you believe in him before I give you permission! This is indeed a plot that you devised in the city to drive out its people, but you will soon come to know.
