Koran 54:49 — Sure Al-Qamar, Vers 49

إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيۡءٍ خَلَقۡنَٰهُ بِقَدَرٖ

Gewiß, Wir haben alles in (bestimmtem) Maß erschaffen.

Indeed, all things We created with predestination
