Koran 42:44 — Sure Ash-Shuraa, Vers 44

وَمَن يُضۡلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُۥ مِن وَلِيّٖ مِّنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦۗ وَتَرَى ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ لَمَّا رَأَوُاْ ٱلۡعَذَابَ يَقُولُونَ هَلۡ إِلَىٰ مَرَدّٖ مِّن سَبِيلٖ

Wen Allah in die Irre gehen läßt, der hat keinen Schutzherrn nach Ihm. Und du siehst, wie die Ungerechten, wenn sie die Strafe sehen, sagen: Gibt es denn einen Weg zur Rückkehr?

And he whom Allah sends astray - for him there is no protector beyond Him. And you will see the wrongdoers, when they see the punishment, saying, "Is there for return [to the former world] any way

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): Wen Allah in die Irre gehen lässt, so hat er keinen Schutzherrn nach Ihm. Und du siehst (wie) die Ungerechten, wenn sie die Strafe sehen, sagen: „Gibt es denn einen Weg zur Rückkehr?“
• Hilali & Khan: And whomsoever Allâh sends astray, for him there is no Walî (protector, helper, guardian) after Him. And you will see the Zâlimûn (polytheists, wrong-doers, oppressors): when they behold the torment, they will say: "Is there any way of return (to the world)?"
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): Whoever Allah causes to stray, he will have no protector thereafter. You will see the wrongdoers, when they see the punishment, saying, “Is there any way to go back?”
