Koran 40:61 — Sure Ghafir, Vers 61

ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلَّيۡلَ لِتَسۡكُنُواْ فِيهِ وَٱلنَّهَارَ مُبۡصِرًاۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَذُو فَضۡلٍ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَشۡكُرُونَ

Allah ist es, Der euch die Nacht gemacht hat, damit ihr in ihr ruht, und den Tag hell’. Allah ist wahrlich voll Huld gegen die Menschen. Aber die meisten Menschen sind nicht dankbar.

It is Allah who made for you the night that you may rest therein and the day giving sight. Indeed, Allah is full of bounty to the people, but most of the people are not grateful
