Koran 40:52 — Sure Ghafir, Vers 52

يَوۡمَ لَا يَنفَعُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ مَعۡذِرَتُهُمۡۖ وَلَهُمُ ٱللَّعۡنَةُ وَلَهُمۡ سُوٓءُ ٱلدَّارِ

am Tag, da den Ungerechten ihre Entschuldigung nicht nützt und es für sie den Fluch geben und es für sie die böse Wohnstätte geben wird.

The Day their excuse will not benefit the wrongdoers, and they will have the curse, and they will have the worst home

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): am Tag, da den Ungerechten ihre Entschuldigung nicht nützt und es für sie den Fluch geben und es für sie die schlimme Wohnstätte geben wird.
• Hilali & Khan: The Day when their excuses will be of no profit to Zâlimûn (polytheists, wrong-doers and disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh). Theirs will be the curse, and theirs will be the evil abode (i.e. painful torment in Hell-fire).
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): the Day when the excuses of the wrongdoers will be of no benefit to them; and they will be cursed and for them there will be the worst abode.
