Koran 4:127 — Sure An-Nisa, Vers 127

وَيَسۡتَفۡتُونَكَ فِي ٱلنِّسَآءِۖ قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يُفۡتِيكُمۡ فِيهِنَّ وَمَا يُتۡلَىٰ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ فِي يَتَٰمَى ٱلنِّسَآءِ ٱلَّـٰتِي لَا تُؤۡتُونَهُنَّ مَا كُتِبَ لَهُنَّ وَتَرۡغَبُونَ أَن تَنكِحُوهُنَّ وَٱلۡمُسۡتَضۡعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلۡوِلۡدَٰنِ وَأَن تَقُومُواْ لِلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِۚ وَمَا تَفۡعَلُواْ مِنۡ خَيۡرٖ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِهِۦ عَلِيمٗا

Sie fragen dich um Belehrung über die Frauen. Sag: „Allah belehrt euch über sie, und (weiter lehrt,) was euch im Buch verlesen wird über die weiblichen Waisen, denen ihr nicht gebt, was ihnen vorgeschrieben ist, und die ihr zu heiraten begehrt, und die schwachen unter den Kindern, und daß ihr gegenüber den Waisen Gerechtigkeit wahrt. Und was immer ihr an Gutem tut, so weiß Allah darüber Bescheid.

And they request from you, [O Muhammad], a [legal] ruling concerning women. Say, "Allah gives you a ruling about them and [about] what has been recited to you in the Book concerning the orphan girls to whom you do not give what is decreed for them - and [yet] you desire to marry them - and concerning the oppressed among children and that you maintain for orphans [their rights] in justice." And whatever you do of good - indeed, Allah is ever Knowing of it

Sag: „Allah belehrt euch über sie, und was euch im Buch verlesen wird über die weiblichen Waisen, denen ihr nicht gebt, was ihnen zugesprochen wurde, und die ihr zu heiraten begehrt, und (ebenso belehrt Er euch über) die Schwachen unter den Kindern, und dass ihr gegenüber den Waisen Gerechtigkeit walten lasst.“ Und was immer ihr an Gutem tut, so weiß Allah gewiss darüber Bescheid.
• Hilali & Khan: They ask your legal instruction concerning women, say: Allâh instructs you about them, and about what is recited unto you in the Book concerning the orphan girls whom you give not the prescribed portions (as regards Mahr and inheritance) and yet whom you desire to marry, and (concerning) the children who are weak and oppressed, and that you stand firm for justice to orphans. And whatever good you do, Allâh is Ever All-Aware of it.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): They ask you [O Prophet] concerning women. Say, “It is Allah Who gives you a ruling concerning them. It has been recited to you in the Book concerning orphan girls whom you deprive of their prescribed rights [i.e., dowry and inheritance], yet you desire to marry them, and concerning helpless children, and that you should treat orphans with justice. Whatever good you do, Allah is All-Knowing of it.”
