Koran 38:34 — Sure Sad, Vers 34

وَلَقَدۡ فَتَنَّا سُلَيۡمَٰنَ وَأَلۡقَيۡنَا عَلَىٰ كُرۡسِيِّهِۦ جَسَدٗا ثُمَّ أَنَابَ

Und Wir setzten ja Sulaiman der Versuchung aus und setzten eine Gestalt auf seinen Thron. Hierauf wandte er sich (Allah) reuig zu.

And We certainly tried Solomon and placed on his throne a body; then he returned

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): Und Wir setzten ja bereits Sulayman der Versuchung aus und setzten einen (leblosen) Körper auf seinen Thron. Hierauf wandte er sich (Allah) reuig zu.
• Hilali & Khan: And indeed, We did try Sulaimân (Solomon) and We placed on his throne Jasad (a devil, so he lost his kingdom for a while) and he did return (to Allâh with obedience and in repentance, and to his throne and kingdom by the Grace of Allâh).
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): Indeed, We tested Solomon and cast upon his throne a body, then he turned [to Allah].
