Koran 28:71 — Sure Al-Qasas, Vers 71

قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ إِن جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلَّيۡلَ سَرۡمَدًا إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ مَنۡ إِلَٰهٌ غَيۡرُ ٱللَّهِ يَأۡتِيكُم بِضِيَآءٍۚ أَفَلَا تَسۡمَعُونَ

Sag: Was meint ihr, wenn Allah auf euch die Nacht als Dauerzustand legen würde bis zum Tag der Auferstehung, wer wäre (dann) Gott außer Allah, Der euch Licht bringen würde? Wollt ihr denn nicht hören?

Say, "Have you considered: if Allah should make for you the night continuous until the Day of Resurrection, what deity other than Allah could bring you light? Then will you not hear

• Rowwad Translation Center (en): Say, “What do you think, if Allah were to make the night perpetual for you until the Day of Resurrection, which god other than Allah could bring you shining light? Do you not then listen?”
