Sura Ibrahim (14) — Ibrahim · ابراهيم
Mekanska sura, 52 ajeta.
Ibrahimova dova za Mekku i primjer lijepe riječi.
Ibrahim 14:1
الٓرۚ كِتَٰبٌ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ إِلَيۡكَ لِتُخۡرِجَ ٱلنَّاسَ مِنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِمۡ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَمِيدِ
Elif Lām Rā. Knjigu ti objavljujemo zato da ljude, voljom njihova Gospodara, izvedeš iz tmina na svjetlo, na Put Silnoga i Hvaljenoga
Alif, Lam, Ra. [This is] a Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that you might bring mankind out of darknesses into the light by permission of their Lord - to the path of the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy
Ibrahim 14:2
ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِي لَهُۥ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ وَوَيۡلٞ لِّلۡكَٰفِرِينَ مِنۡ عَذَابٖ شَدِيدٍ
Allaha, čije je ono što je na nebesima i ono što je na Zemlji. A od užasne patnje teško nevjernicima,
Allah, to whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And woe to the disbelievers from a severe punishment
Ibrahim 14:3
ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡتَحِبُّونَ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا عَلَى ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَبۡغُونَهَا عِوَجًاۚ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ فِي ضَلَٰلِۭ بَعِيدٖ
koji život na ovome svijetu više vole od onoga svijeta i koji od Allahova puta odvraćaju i nastoje ga prikazati krivim! Oni su u velikoj zabludi.
The ones who prefer the worldly life over the Hereafter and avert [people] from the way of Allah, seeking to make it (seem) deviant. Those are in extreme error
Ibrahim 14:4
وَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا بِلِسَانِ قَوۡمِهِۦ لِيُبَيِّنَ لَهُمۡۖ فَيُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَهۡدِي مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
Mi nismo poslali nijednog poslanika koji nije govorio jezikom naroda svoga, da bi mu objasnio. A Allah ostavlja u zabludi onoga koga hoće i ukazuje na Pravi put onome kome hoće; On je Silni i Mudri.
And We did not send any messenger except [speaking] in the language of his people to state clearly for them, and Allah sends astray [thereby] whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise
Ibrahim 14:5
وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ أَنۡ أَخۡرِجۡ قَوۡمَكَ مِنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ وَذَكِّرۡهُم بِأَيَّىٰمِ ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰتٖ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٖ شَكُورٖ
I Musaa smo poslali s dokazima Našim: "Izvedi narod svoj iz tmina na svjetlo i opomeni ga Allahovim danima!" To su, uistinu, dokazi za svakog onog ko je strpljiv i zahvalan.
And We certainly sent Moses with Our signs, [saying], "Bring out your people from darknesses into the light and remind them of the days of Allah." Indeed in that are signs for everyone patient and grateful
Ibrahim 14:6
وَإِذۡ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوۡمِهِ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَةَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِذۡ أَنجَىٰكُم مِّنۡ ءَالِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ يَسُومُونَكُمۡ سُوٓءَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ وَيُذَبِّحُونَ أَبۡنَآءَكُمۡ وَيَسۡتَحۡيُونَ نِسَآءَكُمۡۚ وَفِي ذَٰلِكُم بَلَآءٞ مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡ عَظِيمٞ
I kad Musa reče narodu svome: "Sjetite se Allahove blagodati kad vas je izbavio od faraonovih ljudi koji su vas najgorim mukama mučili, koji su vam mušku djecu klali, a žensku u životu ostavljali – to vam je bilo veliko iskušenje od Gospodara vašega –
And [recall, O Children of Israel], when Moses said to His people, "Remember the favor of Allah upon you when He saved you from the people of Pharaoh, who were afflicting you with the worst torment and were slaughtering your [newborn] sons and keeping your females alive. And in that was a great trial from your Lord
Ibrahim 14:7
وَإِذۡ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكُمۡ لَئِن شَكَرۡتُمۡ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمۡۖ وَلَئِن كَفَرۡتُمۡ إِنَّ عَذَابِي لَشَدِيدٞ
i kad je Gospodar vaš objavio: 'Ako budete zahvalni, Ja ću vam, zacijelo, još više dati; budete li nezahvalni, kazna Moja doista će stroga biti.'"
And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe
Ibrahim 14:8
وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰٓ إِن تَكۡفُرُوٓاْ أَنتُمۡ وَمَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِيعٗا فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَغَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ
I Musa još reče: "Ako budete nezahvalni i vi i svi drugi na Zemlji – pa, Allah, doista, ni o kome nije ovisan i On je jedini hvale dostojan."
And Moses said, "If you should disbelieve, you and whoever is on the earth entirely - indeed, Allah is Free of need and Praiseworthy
Ibrahim 14:9
أَلَمۡ يَأۡتِكُمۡ نَبَؤُاْ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ قَوۡمِ نُوحٖ وَعَادٖ وَثَمُودَ وَٱلَّذِينَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُهُمۡ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُۚ جَآءَتۡهُمۡ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ فَرَدُّوٓاْ أَيۡدِيَهُمۡ فِيٓ أَفۡوَٰهِهِمۡ وَقَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا كَفَرۡنَا بِمَآ أُرۡسِلۡتُم بِهِۦ وَإِنَّا لَفِي شَكّٖ مِّمَّا تَدۡعُونَنَآ إِلَيۡهِ مُرِيبٖ
Zar do vas nije doprla vijest o onima prije vas, o narodu Nuhovu, i o Adu, i o Semudu, i o onima poslije njih? – Samo ih Allah zna! – Poslanici njihovi su im dokaze donosili, ali oni su ruke svoje na usta stavljali i govorili: "Mi ne vjerujemo u ono što se po vama šalje i mi veoma sumnjamo u ono u što nas pozivate!"
Has there not reached you the news of those before you - the people of Noah and 'Aad and Thamud and those after them? No one knows them but Allah. Their messengers brought them clear proofs, but they returned their hands to their mouths and said, "Indeed, we disbelieve in that with which you have been sent, and indeed we are, about that to which you invite us, in disquieting doubt
Ibrahim 14:10
۞قَالَتۡ رُسُلُهُمۡ أَفِي ٱللَّهِ شَكّٞ فَاطِرِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ يَدۡعُوكُمۡ لِيَغۡفِرَ لَكُم مِّن ذُنُوبِكُمۡ وَيُؤَخِّرَكُمۡ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ مُّسَمّٗىۚ قَالُوٓاْ إِنۡ أَنتُمۡ إِلَّا بَشَرٞ مِّثۡلُنَا تُرِيدُونَ أَن تَصُدُّونَا عَمَّا كَانَ يَعۡبُدُ ءَابَآؤُنَا فَأۡتُونَا بِسُلۡطَٰنٖ مُّبِينٖ
Poslanici njihovi su govorili: "Zar se može sumnjati u Allaha, Stvoritelja nebesa i Zemlje? On vas poziva da bi vam neke grijehe vaše oprostio i da bi vas do roka određenog ostavio." Oni su odgovorili: "Vi ste ljudi kao i mi; hoćete da nas odvratite od onih kojima su se preci naši klanjali – pa, donesite nam čudo vidljivo!"
Their messengers said, "Can there be doubt about Allah, Creator of the heavens and earth? He invites you that He may forgive you of your sins, and He delays your death for a specified term." They said, "You are not but men like us who wish to avert us from what our fathers were worshipping. So bring us a clear authority
Ibrahim 14:11
قَالَتۡ لَهُمۡ رُسُلُهُمۡ إِن نَّحۡنُ إِلَّا بَشَرٞ مِّثۡلُكُمۡ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَمُنُّ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦۖ وَمَا كَانَ لَنَآ أَن نَّأۡتِيَكُم بِسُلۡطَٰنٍ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلۡيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ
"Mi jesmo ljudi kao i vi" – govorili su im poslanici njihovi – "ali, Allah daje poslanstvo samo onim robovima Svojim kojima On hoće; mi vam ne možemo donijeti čudo bez Allahove volje – a vjernici neka se samo u Allaha uzdaju.
Their messengers said to them, "We are only men like you, but Allah confers favor upon whom He wills of His servants. It has never been for us to bring you evidence except by permission of Allah. And upon Allah let the believers rely
Ibrahim 14:12
وَمَا لَنَآ أَلَّا نَتَوَكَّلَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ وَقَدۡ هَدَىٰنَا سُبُلَنَاۚ وَلَنَصۡبِرَنَّ عَلَىٰ مَآ ءَاذَيۡتُمُونَاۚ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلۡيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلۡمُتَوَكِّلُونَ
Zašto da se ne uzdamo u Allaha kad nas je On putevima kojima idemo uputio? Mi ćemo doista strpljivo podnositi muke na koje nas budete stavljali – a oni koji se uzdaju, neka se samo u Allaha uzdaju!"
And why should we not rely upon Allah while He has guided us to our [good] ways. And we will surely be patient against whatever harm you should cause us. And upon Allah let those who would rely [indeed] rely
Ibrahim 14:13
وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لِرُسُلِهِمۡ لَنُخۡرِجَنَّكُم مِّنۡ أَرۡضِنَآ أَوۡ لَتَعُودُنَّ فِي مِلَّتِنَاۖ فَأَوۡحَىٰٓ إِلَيۡهِمۡ رَبُّهُمۡ لَنُهۡلِكَنَّ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ
Nevjernici su govorili poslanicima svojim: "Ili ćete vjerē našē biti ili ćemo vas, doista, iz zemlje naše protjerati!" A poslanicima je Gospodar njihov objavljivao: "Mi ćemo nevjernike, sigurno, uništiti
And those who disbelieved said to their messengers, "We will surely drive you out of our land, or you must return to our religion." So their Lord inspired to them, "We will surely destroy the wrongdoers
Ibrahim 14:14
وَلَنُسۡكِنَنَّكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنۡ خَافَ مَقَامِي وَخَافَ وَعِيدِ
i poslije njih vas na Zemlji nastaniti. Biće to za one koji će se polaganja računa preda Mnom bojati i koji će od prijetnje Moje strahovati."
And We will surely cause you to dwell in the land after them. That is for he who fears My position and fears My threat
Ibrahim 14:15
وَٱسۡتَفۡتَحُواْ وَخَابَ كُلُّ جَبَّارٍ عَنِيدٖ
I poslanici su pomoć tražili, pa je svaki oholi i inadžija nastradao –
And they requested victory from Allah, and disappointed, [therefore], was every obstinate tyrant
Ibrahim 14:16
مِّن وَرَآئِهِۦ جَهَنَّمُ وَيُسۡقَىٰ مِن مَّآءٖ صَدِيدٖ
pred njim će Džehennem biti – i on će biti pojen odvratnom kapljevinom,
Before him is Hell, and he will be given a drink of purulent water
Ibrahim 14:17
يَتَجَرَّعُهُۥ وَلَا يَكَادُ يُسِيغُهُۥ وَيَأۡتِيهِ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ مِن كُلِّ مَكَانٖ وَمَا هُوَ بِمَيِّتٖۖ وَمِن وَرَآئِهِۦ عَذَابٌ غَلِيظٞ
mučiće se da je proguta, ali je nikako neće moći proždrijeti i smrt će mu sa svih strana prilaziti, ali on neće umrijeti; njega će teška patnja čekati.
He will gulp it but will hardly [be able to] swallow it. And death will come to him from everywhere, but he is not to die. And before him is a massive punishment
Ibrahim 14:18
مَّثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّهِمۡۖ أَعۡمَٰلُهُمۡ كَرَمَادٍ ٱشۡتَدَّتۡ بِهِ ٱلرِّيحُ فِي يَوۡمٍ عَاصِفٖۖ لَّا يَقۡدِرُونَ مِمَّا كَسَبُواْ عَلَىٰ شَيۡءٖۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلضَّلَٰلُ ٱلۡبَعِيدُ
Djela nevjernika u Gospodara njihova nalik su na pepeo koji vihor u olujnom danu raznese; neće moći očekivati nikakvu nagradu za djela koja su učinili, to će teška propast biti!
The example of those who disbelieve in their Lord is [that] their deeds are like ashes which the wind blows forcefully on a stormy day; they are unable [to keep] from what they earned a [single] thing. That is what is extreme error
Ibrahim 14:19
أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ إِن يَشَأۡ يُذۡهِبۡكُمۡ وَيَأۡتِ بِخَلۡقٖ جَدِيدٖ
Zar ne vidiš da je Allah mudro nebesa i Zemlju stvorio? Ako htjedne, vas će udaljiti i nova stvorenja dovesti;
Have you not seen that Allah created the heavens and the earth in truth? If He wills, He can do away with you and produce a new creation
Ibrahim 14:20
وَمَا ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ بِعَزِيزٖ
to Allahu nije teško.
And that is not difficult for Allah
Ibrahim 14:21
وَبَرَزُواْ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعٗا فَقَالَ ٱلضُّعَفَـٰٓؤُاْ لِلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَكۡبَرُوٓاْ إِنَّا كُنَّا لَكُمۡ تَبَعٗا فَهَلۡ أَنتُم مُّغۡنُونَ عَنَّا مِنۡ عَذَابِ ٱللَّهِ مِن شَيۡءٖۚ قَالُواْ لَوۡ هَدَىٰنَا ٱللَّهُ لَهَدَيۡنَٰكُمۡۖ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡنَآ أَجَزِعۡنَآ أَمۡ صَبَرۡنَا مَا لَنَا مِن مَّحِيصٖ
I izići će svi pred Allaha, pa će oni koji su bili tlačeni reći glavešinama svojim: "Mi smo bili vaše pristalice, možete li nam imalo Allahovu kaznu olakšati?" – "Da je nas Allah uputio" – odgovoriće oni – "i mi bismo bili vas uputili. Žalili se mi ili trpjeli, svejedno nam je, spasa nam više neće biti."
And they will come out [for judgement] before Allah all together, and the weak will say to those who were arrogant, "Indeed, we were your followers, so can you avail us anything against the punishment of Allah?" They will say, "If Allah had guided us, we would have guided you. It is all the same for us whether we show intolerance or are patient: there is for us no place of escape
Ibrahim 14:22
وَقَالَ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ لَمَّا قُضِيَ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَعَدَكُمۡ وَعۡدَ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَوَعَدتُّكُمۡ فَأَخۡلَفۡتُكُمۡۖ وَمَا كَانَ لِيَ عَلَيۡكُم مِّن سُلۡطَٰنٍ إِلَّآ أَن دَعَوۡتُكُمۡ فَٱسۡتَجَبۡتُمۡ لِيۖ فَلَا تَلُومُونِي وَلُومُوٓاْ أَنفُسَكُمۖ مَّآ أَنَا۠ بِمُصۡرِخِكُمۡ وَمَآ أَنتُم بِمُصۡرِخِيَّ إِنِّي كَفَرۡتُ بِمَآ أَشۡرَكۡتُمُونِ مِن قَبۡلُۗ إِنَّ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ
I kada bude sve riješeno, šejtan će reći: "Allah vam je prâvō obećanje dao, a ja sam svoja obećanja iznevjerio; ali, ja nisam nikakve vlasti nad vama imao, samo sam vas pozivao i vi ste mi se odazivali; zato ne korite mene, već sami sebe, niti ja mogu vama pomoći niti vi možete pomoći meni. Ja nemam ništa s tim što ste me prije smatrali Njemu ravnim." Nevjernike sigurno čeka bolna patnja.
And Satan will say when the matter has been concluded, "Indeed, Allah had promised you the promise of truth. And I promised you, but I betrayed you. But I had no authority over you except that I invited you, and you responded to me. So do not blame me; but blame yourselves. I cannot be called to your aid, nor can you be called to my aid. Indeed, I deny your association of me [with Allah] before. Indeed, for the wrongdoers is a painful punishment
Ibrahim 14:23
وَأُدۡخِلَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ جَنَّـٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِمۡۖ تَحِيَّتُهُمۡ فِيهَا سَلَٰمٌ
A oni koji su vjerovali i dobra djela činili biće uvedeni, voljom Gospodara njihova, u džennetske bašče kroz koje će rijeke teći i u njima će vječno boraviti, u njima će se riječju "Mir!" pozdravljati.
And those who believed and did righteous deeds will be admitted to gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding eternally therein by permission of their Lord; and their greeting therein will be, "Peace
Ibrahim 14:24
أَلَمۡ تَرَ كَيۡفَ ضَرَبَ ٱللَّهُ مَثَلٗا كَلِمَةٗ طَيِّبَةٗ كَشَجَرَةٖ طَيِّبَةٍ أَصۡلُهَا ثَابِتٞ وَفَرۡعُهَا فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ
Zar ne vidiš kako Allah navodi primjer – lijepa riječ kao lijepo drvo: korijen mu je čvrsto u zemlji, a grane prema nebu;
Have you not considered how Allah presents an example, [making] a good word like a good tree, whose root is firmly fixed and its branches [high] in the sky
Ibrahim 14:25
تُؤۡتِيٓ أُكُلَهَا كُلَّ حِينِۭ بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهَاۗ وَيَضۡرِبُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡأَمۡثَالَ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ
ono plod svoj daje u svako doba koje Gospodar njegov odredi – a Allah ljudima navodi primjere da bi pouku primili.
It produces its fruit all the time, by permission of its Lord. And Allah presents examples for the people that perhaps they will be reminded
Ibrahim 14:26
وَمَثَلُ كَلِمَةٍ خَبِيثَةٖ كَشَجَرَةٍ خَبِيثَةٍ ٱجۡتُثَّتۡ مِن فَوۡقِ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مَا لَهَا مِن قَرَارٖ
A ružna riječ je kao ružno drvo: iščupanom drvetu s površine zemlje nema opstanka.
And the example of a bad word is like a bad tree, uprooted from the surface of the earth, not having any stability
Ibrahim 14:27
يُثَبِّتُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ بِٱلۡقَوۡلِ ٱلثَّابِتِ فِي ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَفِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِۖ وَيُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَۚ وَيَفۡعَلُ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ
Allah će vjernike postojanom riječju učvrstiti i na ovome i na onome svijetu, a nevjernike će u zabludi ostaviti; Allah radi šta hoće.
Allah keeps firm those who believe, with the firm word, in worldly life and in the Hereafter. And Allah sends astray the wrongdoers. And Allah does what He wills
Ibrahim 14:28
۞أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ بَدَّلُواْ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ كُفۡرٗا وَأَحَلُّواْ قَوۡمَهُمۡ دَارَ ٱلۡبَوَارِ
Zar ne vidiš one koji su umjesto zahvalnosti Allahu na blagodatima – nezahvalnošću uzvratili i narod svoj u Kuću propasti doveli,
Have you not considered those who exchanged the favor of Allah for disbelief and settled their people [in] the home of ruin
Ibrahim 14:29
جَهَنَّمَ يَصۡلَوۡنَهَاۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡقَرَارُ
u Džehennem, u kome će gorjeti – a užasno je on prebivalište! –
[It is] Hell, which they will [enter to] burn, and wretched is the settlement
Ibrahim 14:30
وَجَعَلُواْ لِلَّهِ أَندَادٗا لِّيُضِلُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦۗ قُلۡ تَمَتَّعُواْ فَإِنَّ مَصِيرَكُمۡ إِلَى ٱلنَّارِ
i izmislili Allahu ortake da bi zavodili s puta Njegova? Reci: "Naslađujte se, završićete, sigurno, u vatri!"
And they have attributed to Allah equals to mislead [people] from His way. Say, "Enjoy yourselves, for indeed, your destination is the Fire
Ibrahim 14:31
قُل لِّعِبَادِيَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ يُقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَيُنفِقُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقۡنَٰهُمۡ سِرّٗا وَعَلَانِيَةٗ مِّن قَبۡلِ أَن يَأۡتِيَ يَوۡمٞ لَّا بَيۡعٞ فِيهِ وَلَا خِلَٰلٌ
Reci vjernicima, robovima Mojim, da molitvu obavljaju i da udjeljuju i tajno i javno, dio onoga što im Mi darujemo, prije nego što nastupi Dan u kome neće biti trgovanja ni prijateljstva.
[O Muhammad], tell My servants who have believed to establish prayer and spend from what We have provided them, secretly and publicly, before a Day comes in which there will be no exchange, nor any friendships
Ibrahim 14:32
ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَأَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ فَأَخۡرَجَ بِهِۦ مِنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ رِزۡقٗا لَّكُمۡۖ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡفُلۡكَ لِتَجۡرِيَ فِي ٱلۡبَحۡرِ بِأَمۡرِهِۦۖ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرَ
Allah je stvoritelj nebesa i Zemlje; On spušta s neba kišu i čini da pomoću nje rađaju plodovi kojima se hranite; i daje vam da se koristite lađama koje plove morem voljom Njegovom, i daje vam da se rijekama koristite;
It is Allah who created the heavens and the earth and sent down rain from the sky and produced thereby some fruits as provision for you and subjected for you the ships to sail through the sea by His command and subjected for you the rivers
Ibrahim 14:33
وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَ دَآئِبَيۡنِۖ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلَّيۡلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ
i daje vam da se koristite Suncem i Mjesecom, koji se stalno kreću, i daje vam da se koristite noći i danom;
And He subjected for you the sun and the moon, continuous [in orbit], and subjected for you the night and the day
Ibrahim 14:34
وَءَاتَىٰكُم مِّن كُلِّ مَا سَأَلۡتُمُوهُۚ وَإِن تَعُدُّواْ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ لَا تُحۡصُوهَآۗ إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لَظَلُومٞ كَفَّارٞ
i daje vam svega onoga što od Njega išćete, i ako biste Allahove blagodati brojali, ne biste ih nabrojali. – Čovjek je, uistinu, nepravedan i nezahvalan.
And He gave you from all you asked of Him. And if you should count the favor of Allah, you could not enumerate them. Indeed, mankind is [generally] most unjust and ungrateful
Ibrahim 14:35
وَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ رَبِّ ٱجۡعَلۡ هَٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدَ ءَامِنٗا وَٱجۡنُبۡنِي وَبَنِيَّ أَن نَّعۡبُدَ ٱلۡأَصۡنَامَ
A kada Ibrahim reče: "Gospodaru moj, učini ovaj grad sigurnim i sačuvaj mene i sinove moje da se klanjamo kumirima,
And [mention, O Muhammad], when Abraham said, "My Lord, make this city [Makkah] secure and keep me and my sons away from worshipping idols
Ibrahim 14:36
رَبِّ إِنَّهُنَّ أَضۡلَلۡنَ كَثِيرٗا مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِۖ فَمَن تَبِعَنِي فَإِنَّهُۥ مِنِّيۖ وَمَنۡ عَصَانِي فَإِنَّكَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ
oni su, Gospodaru moj, mnoge ljude na stranputicu naveli. Onaj ko bude mene slijedio – moje je vjere, a onaj ko bude protiv mene ustajao – pa, Ti, uistinu, praštaš i samilostan si.
My Lord, indeed they have led astray many among the people. So whoever follows me - then he is of me; and whoever disobeys me - indeed, You are [yet] Forgiving and Merciful
Ibrahim 14:37
رَّبَّنَآ إِنِّيٓ أَسۡكَنتُ مِن ذُرِّيَّتِي بِوَادٍ غَيۡرِ ذِي زَرۡعٍ عِندَ بَيۡتِكَ ٱلۡمُحَرَّمِ رَبَّنَا لِيُقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ فَٱجۡعَلۡ أَفۡـِٔدَةٗ مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِ تَهۡوِيٓ إِلَيۡهِمۡ وَٱرۡزُقۡهُم مِّنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَشۡكُرُونَ
Gospodaru naš, ja sam neke potomke svoje naselio u kotlini u kojoj se ništa ne sije, kod Tvoga Časnog hrama, da bi, Gospodaru naš, molitvu obavljali; zato učini da srca nekih ljudi čeznu za njima i opskrbi ih raznim plodovima da bi zahvalni bili.
Our Lord, I have settled some of my descendants in an uncultivated valley near Your sacred House, our Lord, that they may establish prayer. So make hearts among the people incline toward them and provide for them from the fruits that they might be grateful
Ibrahim 14:38
رَبَّنَآ إِنَّكَ تَعۡلَمُ مَا نُخۡفِي وَمَا نُعۡلِنُۗ وَمَا يَخۡفَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ مِن شَيۡءٖ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ
Gospodaru naš, Ti zacijelo znaš šta mi tajimo, a šta na javu iznosimo. Allahu ništa nije skriveno ni na Zemlji ni na nebu.
Our Lord, indeed You know what we conceal and what we declare, and nothing is hidden from Allah on the earth or in the heaven
Ibrahim 14:39
ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي وَهَبَ لِي عَلَى ٱلۡكِبَرِ إِسۡمَٰعِيلَ وَإِسۡحَٰقَۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي لَسَمِيعُ ٱلدُّعَآءِ
Hvala Allahu, koji mi je u starosti podario Ismaila i Ishaka; Gospodar moj, uistinu, uslišava molbe.
Praise to Allah, who has granted to me in old age Ishmael and Isaac. Indeed, my Lord is the Hearer of supplication
Ibrahim 14:40
رَبِّ ٱجۡعَلۡنِي مُقِيمَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِيۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلۡ دُعَآءِ
Gospodaru moj, daj da ja i neki potomci moji obavljamo molitvu; Gospodaru naš, Ti usliši molbu moju!
My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and [many] from my descendants. Our Lord, and accept my supplication
Ibrahim 14:41
رَبَّنَا ٱغۡفِرۡ لِي وَلِوَٰلِدَيَّ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يَوۡمَ يَقُومُ ٱلۡحِسَابُ
Gospodaru naš, oprosti meni, i roditeljima mojim, i svim vjernicima – na Dan kad se bude polagao račun!"
Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established
Ibrahim 14:42
وَلَا تَحۡسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَٰفِلًا عَمَّا يَعۡمَلُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَۚ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمۡ لِيَوۡمٖ تَشۡخَصُ فِيهِ ٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرُ
A ti nikako ne misli da Allah ne motri na ono što rade nevjernici! On im samo pušta do Dana kada će im oči ostati otvorene,
And never think that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do. He only delays them for a Day when eyes will stare [in horror]
Ibrahim 14:43
مُهۡطِعِينَ مُقۡنِعِي رُءُوسِهِمۡ لَا يَرۡتَدُّ إِلَيۡهِمۡ طَرۡفُهُمۡۖ وَأَفۡـِٔدَتُهُمۡ هَوَآءٞ
i kada će žureći, uzdignutih glava, netremice gledati; a srca će im prazna biti.
Racing ahead, their heads raised up, their glance does not come back to them, and their hearts are void
Ibrahim 14:44
وَأَنذِرِ ٱلنَّاسَ يَوۡمَ يَأۡتِيهِمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ فَيَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ رَبَّنَآ أَخِّرۡنَآ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ قَرِيبٖ نُّجِبۡ دَعۡوَتَكَ وَنَتَّبِعِ ٱلرُّسُلَۗ أَوَلَمۡ تَكُونُوٓاْ أَقۡسَمۡتُم مِّن قَبۡلُ مَا لَكُم مِّن زَوَالٖ
Ti opominji ljude Danom kada će im kazna doći, kada će oni koji su se ogriješili prema sebi – govoriti: "Gospodaru naš, ostavi nas još samo kratko vrijeme, odazvaćemo se pozivu Tvome i slijedićemo poslanike!" – "A zar se prije niste zaklinjali da nećete na onaj svijet?
And, [O Muhammad], warn the people of a Day when the punishment will come to them and those who did wrong will say, "Our Lord, delay us for a short term; we will answer Your call and follow the messengers." [But it will be said], "Had you not sworn, before, that for you there would be no cessation
Ibrahim 14:45
وَسَكَنتُمۡ فِي مَسَٰكِنِ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ وَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمۡ كَيۡفَ فَعَلۡنَا بِهِمۡ وَضَرَبۡنَا لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَمۡثَالَ
I nastanili ste se bili u kućama onih koji su se prema sebi ogriješili, a bilo vam je poznato kako smo s njima postupili, i primjere smo vam navodili."
And you lived among the dwellings of those who wronged themselves, and it had become clear to you how We dealt with them. And We presented for you [many] examples
Ibrahim 14:46
وَقَدۡ مَكَرُواْ مَكۡرَهُمۡ وَعِندَ ٱللَّهِ مَكۡرُهُمۡ وَإِن كَانَ مَكۡرُهُمۡ لِتَزُولَ مِنۡهُ ٱلۡجِبَالُ
I oni lukavstva svoja pletu, a Allah zna za lukavstva njihova, samo što lukavstva njihova ne mogu brda pokrenuti.
And they had planned their plan, but with Allah is [recorded] their plan, even if their plan had been [sufficient] to do away with the mountains
Ibrahim 14:47
فَلَا تَحۡسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡلِفَ وَعۡدِهِۦ رُسُلَهُۥٓۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزٞ ذُو ٱنتِقَامٖ
Nemoj ni pomisliti da Allah neće održati obećanje Svoje poslanicima Svojim – Allah je, uistinu, silan i strog –
So never think that Allah will fail in His promise to His messengers. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution
Ibrahim 14:48
يَوۡمَ تُبَدَّلُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ غَيۡرَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُۖ وَبَرَزُواْ لِلَّهِ ٱلۡوَٰحِدِ ٱلۡقَهَّارِ
na Dan kada Zemlja bude zamijenjena drugom zemljom, a i nebesa, i kad svi iziđu pred Allaha Jedinoga i Svemoćnoga.
[It will be] on the Day the earth will be replaced by another earth, and the heavens [as well], and all creatures will come out before Allah, the One, the Prevailing
Ibrahim 14:49
وَتَرَى ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ يَوۡمَئِذٖ مُّقَرَّنِينَ فِي ٱلۡأَصۡفَادِ
Toga dana ćeš vidjeti grješnike povezane u zajedničke okove;
And you will see the criminals that Day bound together in shackles
Ibrahim 14:50
سَرَابِيلُهُم مِّن قَطِرَانٖ وَتَغۡشَىٰ وُجُوهَهُمُ ٱلنَّارُ
košulje će im od katrana biti, a vatra će lica njihova obavijati –
Their garments of liquid pitch and their faces covered by the Fire
Ibrahim 14:51
لِيَجۡزِيَ ٱللَّهُ كُلَّ نَفۡسٖ مَّا كَسَبَتۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَرِيعُ ٱلۡحِسَابِ
da Allah kazni svakoga prema zasluzi – Allah će zaista brzo račun svidjeti.
So that Allah will recompense every soul for what it earned. Indeed, Allah is swift in account
Ibrahim 14:52
هَٰذَا بَلَٰغٞ لِّلنَّاسِ وَلِيُنذَرُواْ بِهِۦ وَلِيَعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَٰهٞ وَٰحِدٞ وَلِيَذَّكَّرَ أُوْلُواْ ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ
Ovo je obznana ljudima i da njome budu opomenuti i da znaju da je samo On jedan Bog, i da razumom obdarenī prime pouku!
This [Qur'an] is notification for the people that they may be warned thereby and that they may know that He is but one God and that those of understanding will be reminded
