Quran 3:196 — Surah Ali 'Imran, ayah 196

لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فِي ٱلۡبِلَٰدِ

Be not deceived by the [uninhibited] movement of the disbelievers throughout the land
