Quran 26:10 — Surah Ash-Shu'ara, ayah 10

وَإِذۡ نَادَىٰ رَبُّكَ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱئۡتِ ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

And [mention] when your Lord called Moses, [saying], "Go to the wrongdoing people
